Word of warning - the Clearwater Fl store doesnt have a clue on customer service - After spending over $8,000 and was told everything had arrived and ready to ship (previously told they were still waiting for the rug to arrive) when we took the day off to be there for the delivery - SURPRISE NO RUG! - Spoke with Rick the GM and was told there was nothing he could or would do to make this right - I reminded him that we took a day off from work to be there for delivery - he didnt care - basically to bad - they would deliver it when it arrives at the store or we could pick it up - we are 35 miles away. I said I dont want it anymore - to bad special order - SO BE WARNED IF YOU CANT PURCHASE IT AND TAKE IT OUT OF THE STORE AT THE TIME OF SALE TO BUY IT !

I ordered 3 couches, 1 love seat, and 1 recliner. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. We are now 1 week away from the expected delivery and I get a call today stating that the 2 main couches will take another 6 weeks because they ran out of fabric. How does a company all of sudden run out of fabric with pending orders? I give them 2 stars for poor communication and would not recommend them unless you want to wait 14 weeks to your Sofas. No compensation was given for the inconvenience this has caused.

Placed an order and was given a date I could pick it up. Called to pick it up and was told they didnt have it and were not sure what time it would arrive. They called me later to say it wasnt coming in. Asked for them to deliver it to my house or give a courtesy discount for the inconvenience. They refused. Since when is it acceptable for companies to mess up and not do anything to make it right?

Purchasing from this store was the worst experience in my life, no one cares we purchased an extended warranty the chair is broken they charged me $86.00 and then said there is nothing wrong anyone who sits in this chair can feel the problem, they make you feel like your crazy do yourself a favor dont ever shop in this store.

I purchased 2 power recliners and on one, the power head rest broke. They sold me their Gaurdsman Elite Warranty that I paid $179.99 per chair. Neither my salesman nor the manager would solve this issue. I paid a total of $4791.35 for both chairs and the warranty. Very disappointing.
