Girlfriend works here. To the post below who says they dont answer the phone: its because theyre busy ringing up customers, wrapping breakable items, and handling damaged/wrong priced items (that happens a lot). Who do you think theyre going to help more, the person in the store spending money or the one calling 50 times asking if they have the item they want? Dont be a pest, come in and look yourself. During sales like they just had theyre instructed to ignore the phones if they have customers. They get really busy and the phone is right there next to the customer service girls who are the busiest workers there. If you must call do so before 10:30am or after about 5pm when theyre not so busy.

I always find a good deal for things I normally would buy for home decor and gift giving. But on my last visit the female manager and cashier the worked in the evening were horribly rude to not just us but all the customers and their own staff . So the rating went down because of that and that only,I expect to be treated with common curtousey ans respect not like a herd of cattle and hurry uo and get out attitude. RUDE.

they have almost everything from silk flowers to lamps and cooking dishes and on and on.My problem with our NPR store is their lack of and unfriendly customer service.I have been to other locations and I find helpful happy employees.Why is that? corporate should look into it.....

We used to really like Old Time Pottery, but they seem to have gone downhill the last few years. Prices seem higher, and the store is catering more to the seasonal holiday stuff then the dinner and glassware they used to carry.

Great selection on home items and decor.( It reminds me a lot of the Christmas Tree Shoppe and Ocean State Job Lot, up north.) You can get some really cool home decor here, and houseware needs!

Good odds and ends store with lots of housewares. Some of it is really cheap and some is a bit over priced. Rarely leave without buying stuff they have some cool things!

The prices are reasonable. They have pretty much every thing from decorations to things for kitchen, bathroom you name it they have it. Just love going there.
