I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my furniture delivery. I recently purchased a new couch and chair and scheduled them to be delivered last Friday. I was originally given a timeframe from 2:30p-6:30p, which was changed to 3p-7p. Then, on the day of delivery, I received a voicemail that the delivery truck was running behind and it would be closer to 7:30-7:45. I left work early and waited until 7pm before attempting to call customer service to get an update. I was on hold with no response for 30 minutes before hanging up. At this time, I called the store and was told the delivery ETA was now 8:45pm. Unfortunately, I had dinner plans which I was now already late for and informed them I would need to reschedule. I was given another number to arrange that but when I called that number it was busy. I waited until the driver contacted me, which was around 8:45pm to let me know he was on his way. He was able to get someone on the phone who informed me they would contact me Saturday morning to reschedule. I waited until Monday without receiving a return phone call before contacting the store. I spoke to James who informed me that I had been reschedule for this upcoming Saturday without my approval. When I let him know that Saturday wouldnt work and my disappointment in the situation, he said he would talk to his manager and call me back. Once again, I received no call back and had to contact the store on Tuesday afternoon. At this time, I spoke with James again and was told my delivery had been switched to Friday without my approval. I did not want to take off more time from work, but I would also like my furniture which is a week late. So I agreed to keep the delivery scheduled for Friday and wait for the time frame to see if it would work. I asked if he had spoken to his manager and if there was anything that could done for the inconvenience and financial burden I am being put through. James replied that he had not received a solid answer on that and when I asked him to talk to his manager again he seemed less than willing. I was put on hold and when he returned I was simply told nothing could be done. I was contacted on Wednesday with a delivery time of 1:15p-5:15p. I confirmed this time although not pleased that I had to take so much time off work. Now today, I just received a voicemail that my timeframe has been moved to 3p-7p. I am extremely frustrated as I am a single, female, who works full time, has multiple jobs to work around, lives alone and is from out of state so I do not have family here to help with this situation. I am paying a delivery fee and taking time off work so I am incurring a financial burden. I have received very poor customer service and am very disappointed in my treatment. I opened a credit card with your store in the hopes of returning and purchasing a dining room table and possibly some more furniture. I can assure you that will not be happening. I will wait patiently for my furniture on Friday and hope it comes in during the scheduled timeframe of 3p-7p and be done with your store. -Michelle

I walked into the store one afternoon. I spoke with a sales associate and store manager named Eli. First of all, I didnt even wait 2 minutes before he introduced himself to me, and shook my hand. I explained that I was just looking, and what I was looking for. He showed me several items, and asked me to get room measurements to better assist me. I left, and returned later, did a credit app, Eli again worked with me. Helped me get just what i needed for my living room and bedroom, and keep it well within budget. The finance ladies in the back were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I had, was that delivery was going to take 2 weeks due to the holidays. So i said Id pick up my furniture myself. Which saved me quite a bit of money. The warehouse (located in brandon) was another story entirely. It seems when i went i got there at 10am. That there was an 18 piece order ahead of me, and according to the lady that did the initial paperwork for my pickup they had a ton of "flu" callouts and were very short staffed. I spoke with the lead receiving guy, who was nice, but ended up sitting there for almost two hours, before the receiving guy finally got irritated went over and started loading the big order himself, then came back and pulled my 5 pieces i purchased. He was very apologetic about the whole situation. The furniture is perfect, has no flaws or scratches, looks great. There were no biting mites or anything that i saw from some of the other reviews. I couldnt be happier, and I will go back to purchase the additional pieces I couldnt afford at the time, in the next few weeks. Over all this was a Stellar experience, and i really did feel like the most important person through the whole sales (minus the warehouse) experience.

Very terrible customer service. We bought sectional sofa, dining set, and King size bed. Every single item was delivered with something wrong. we had to work with their schedule for multiple deliveries. they probably think that customers dont have job to do and can just wait at home many times because of their mistake and product defect. First time delivery: wrong sectional sofa set and missing parts in King size bed. Second time delivery: wrong King size head board The third time they are supposed to come at 3:30pm to repair the dining set, the dining set was damaged during delivery. We paid thousands on the dining set and we accepted to have a repair item instead of returning them. They were supposed to come at 3:30pm to repair, but they came early on 2:30pm. So when we got home on 3:30, they already left. We worked with our schedule to get home at 3:30, they just left because they got here 2:30? This is not acceptable. We called the dispatcher and she just got out of control and yelled at the phone with no respect. We had to call another number to re-schedule once again. Of course this time we still have to work with their schedule. I dont know when this is going to end, I just hope I dont have anything to do with Ashely in my life. I dont care how good their furniture quality is. We spent a lot of money on furniture and this is what I got. This company has serious issue and people need to know. They are all nice when u walked in, and then everything after you pay your cash was crap.

THEY LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY! There was a problem with my initial delivery, the driver called, never left a message, then I was told they were there and I) rushed out of work. Instead of waiting for me they left. I waited 20 minutes and then had to leave and rescheduled delivery for 7.30 pm. At 7.45 om, I was called to schedule delivery for the next morning. I told the lady I spoke with that I want to cancel the order. She then told me if I take delivery the next morning, I will be getting a $200 gift card. I accepted, and I have a witness for this call. The next day, the drivers called me and told me they would be there early which required me to rearrange my schedule. Then they actually came late. I was beyond upset at this point and called the store, and I was refunded an additional $150 dollars for all the hassle. Today, when I called customer service about my gift card, I was told that there are no notes about this. I asked the representative if she called me a liar and she says well, if that had been promised there would be notes. This is already an audacity. Then she told me they do either a gift card or a refund. Well, I dont know what they do, but I was promised both! This is highly unethical, to promise someone a gift card so they wont cancel the order and then to not deliver on that promise? Had it not be for that, I would have cancelled my order! At this point, I feel I was lied to and cheated out of my money!
