Poor rating on people who dont stand behind defects. Buyers need to aware of this. I wrote this complaint. Then the owner responded with all kinds of crazy accusations. None that are true. Regardless you simply should avoid this place of business. On separate occasions I have purchased over 11,000.00 in furniture from them. When I had an issue with a defect on 23 month old cushions that cost 700.00 each to replace, one of the employees told me rudely there was nothing to be done. I posted a review. Received a call stating the employee was gone and trying to "sabotage" their business. He asked me to take the review down and that he would "try to help". I did. They submitted a claim. But since its out of warranty from the manufacture there again is no assistance. I have plenty of outdoor furniture over 8 years old that the cushions have not defectively separated as if the threads just gave out. That furniture cost a lot less. I would stay clear of Woodard products as outdoor furniture. It is the highest priced lowest quality. I also dont recommend people who dont stand behind defects. I did find a company that has the Woodard cushions discounted to 520.00. Question is why would any pay that per cushion every 24 months. This situation is just simply unfair to consumers so it is worth my time to review it to help others not make the same mistake.

Buyer beware big time!! Bought a $3,000 table, chairs and chaise lounges from Lynn Holland. Now the paint is chipping all over the place and its not as if its bumping up against anything. It was kept in a screened in enclosure and under roof the entire time weve had it. Now just 3 years later, we contacted Patio Factory to see if they could help us and they said the manufacturer of our furniture went out of business two years ago so there is no warranty! This is not customer service. This is high cost outdoor furniture with no warranty. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE unless you are ok without any warranty or guarantee of its quality. Wish we would have gone to Costco or anywhere else where the retailer would uphold the quality of their vendors. Again, buyer beware!!!!!!!

I usually wait a few months, and in this case, almost a year, before writing a review. We bought from the cast collection, the grand terrace pieces...table, chairs, chase, end tables etc. The quality is top shelf, and so was the service. Our sales person was very attentive and pulled up our file from previous purchases, so we could match pieces. We had prompt delivery and the men spent considerable time making sure all pieces were leveled. There has been absolutely nothing to complain about. I hope to have many years of service from my set. So far...so good.

Would definitely recommend and shop again at Patio Factory Supercenter in Clearwater FL. Great selection, quality, and prices. We stopped in "just to look" and loved what we found...ended up ordering the Grand Terrace dining table and Verona chairs. Lynn was super helpful in helping us make our decision, gave us price quotes on what we were considering and a catalog to take home. After doing some measuring on our lanai, we called back and placed the order over the phone - easy!

Purchased from Patio Factory Supercenter a $4000 patio furniture set, couch and chair and coffee table. Came back and ordered a cover for couch and chair and table. When it arrived it was the wrong cover. They said they would order new (correct) cover. They never did and and am now stuck with cover that does not fit. Multiple calls and visits to store. No resolution. Service has been very poor and combative. Would not buy or recommend to anyone!

Just left the Patio Factory Supercenter...loved it!! They have quality furniture at great prices. Best warranty I have heard about on outdoor furniture. The furntiure I purchased would have cost me twice as much in other stores. The staff answered all my questions and knew all about their furniture. I will be telling my friends about this store.

Dont you hate retailers that have to create fake ids like Walter did here. If you look at the reviews Walter posted he gave all three Patio Factory stores raving reviews and another patio store a bad review. Walter must have some nice houses to buy furniture at all four different patio factory stores. Come on folks us consumers are not that dumb.

I was plesently suprised at the quality of furniture at this store and the prices were GREAT! We ended up buying an entire deep seating group for the lanai area that was delivered within one week with custom fabric to boot. Everything that was promised was fullfiled. Thanks to Mark our salesman he knows his furniture.

We have purchased outdoor furniture 3 times from the Patio Factory Supercenter, each time expanding our grouping. The price may be a little high, but the quality is superb, and the customer service very professional. I would recommend looking for quality outdoor furniture here.
