My wife and I are teachers and work at a very difficult school so when summer break comes its time to relax, have some fun, and rejuvenate for the next year. We had a leak in a bedroom which caused us to miss out on a broadway show ($200 tickets), and basically renovate almost our entire home (my childhood home; our forever home). For almost 4 weeks Ive worked 7 AM TO well past midnight. Finally after much sweat, some blood, and maybe a few tears we finished. The final touch-our furniture. Comfortable, matches our remodel, and pet-friendly. We went with the Darcy collection. It arrived and all seemed good...until about 2 AM as I finished up the final touches of the remodel. All bulge...a board popping out underneath the armrest. Of course my frustration was high. The next morning I was at the store at opening. I spoke to one manager-Bailey-who tried to help me. I was left unsatisidied because now I was going to have to wait on corporate and a tech. After calling corporate twice that day and finally finding out it would be over a week until a tech could even get out I was sick to my stomach. All this work...and now this. Finally, the next day I spoke to my salesperson, Tina Tenharmsel, and with the help of Zak Eubank (sales manager) my problem was handled immediately. They both put me first and did what they could, and for me, it was a fair resolution making me feel relieved and joyous. Tina and Zak are two people who know how to handle problems and put the customers needs first, and if it werent for them I probably wouldve spent more time and money (and had a lot more stress). I can tell you I wouldve never been back to Ashleys but because of them I feel I have a local furniture provider for life (and maybe some new friends; they were so nice we had fun chatting as business was handled). I am so very disappointed with Ashley furniture (Clearwater location). I am remodeling my house and decided to use them for the FIRST time and certainly the LAST to get my living room set. I picked a sofa and two chairs. I waited 4 weeks for the sofa to be delivered, the chairs were supposed to be delivered a week after (Wednesday March 11th, 2015), i get a call the day before telling me that it wont be delivered until Saturday the 14th, i said no problem, a day later i get another call that they dont deliver to my area (Bradenton) on a saturday so it will have to be the following wednesday the 18th. I was very upset and spoke with management. i was offered $100 refund as a courtesy and was promised a delivery on the 18th. Today (the 17th and again the day before the delivery is supposed to be here) i get a call that the chairs wont be delivered until April 10th. I speak with the manage and he was rude and unprofessional, telling me "its not like we are saying it wont be delivered until November, its only couple more weeks!!" To add insult to injury, he called me "Theresa" and my name is Souad!!!!! Take your business elsewhere...terrible service and bad attitude...i plan to file a complaint with the BBB and reach out to the district manager...

My wife and I purchased a Television stand with built-in fireplace for a little over $900 on Sunday. We asked the salesperson if it was in stock as we would like it delivered ASAP as we also ordered a new 50" LED television for the stand. The salesperson told us indeed it was in stock and we can drive to Brandon to pick it up or have it delivered on Friday for an additional $80. We were pleased with less than a week delivery time so we opted to have it delivered. We received a call now on Tuesday that it was OUT OF STOCK and it will be another week until delivered. This is unacceptable and not was the salesperson told us and reason for us choosing the unit. The woman who called was unapologetic and couldnt care less, offered no incentive. I told we would like to cancel the order and she said we cant take cancellations over the phone and you have to go into the store. So I now have to drive into the store to get a credit and waste more time. This is a poor and unprofessional way to do business and you will be out of business soon treating customers like this....stay away from Ashley Furniture...plenty of other places to shop.

No more of my business with Ashley Furniture! Worst purchase ever! I have been a loyal customer of this store, and been buying all my furniture from Ashley Store in Clearwater, FL. However, after buying the Kimonte 5-Piece Dining Room set with the off white leather, I realized how bad it is and the horrible customer service Ashley furniture has. I should have listened to the seller at the showroom, when he warned me about how bad this was going to be (this is sad that he already knew I was going to be dissapointed, his own words were "watch out when wearing jeans on the stools, the leather will get discolored from the fabric on your pants"). When seating on the stool, physically the fabric from your pants/skirt gets "stuck", leaving marks on the leather that will never come out. I had the protection plan, which is useless as well. When calling customer service, and after waiting for about 15 min, some non professional person picked up, to transfer me again to some other line, who never picked up. Very disappointing!!

My 95 year old neighbor purchased a power based bed set at this Ashley Store in May 2016. I found out last week that she wasnt able to sleep in her new bed because it was to high, for her to climb in or out of. Once I heard that, I headed back to the Ashleys Store that the bed was purchase. I then explain the situation to Regina in which she, Rob and other floor representatives started to try to resolve this concern of mine. All the Customer Service Staff Members chimed in to figure out which legs needed to be ordered. I ordered the 3 inch legs to replace the 7 inch legs and they are scheduled to be in this coming Tuesday. Talk about Service After The Sale! Everyone was down to earth, Professional and Cordial. Regina and her Tag Team deserve 10 Stars for Customer Satisfaction but the will have to settle for only 5! LOL Im totally pleased and I know that my Sweet 5 foot tall neighbor will be tickled pink to be able to sleep in her new bed. Best Regards to Everyone at Ashley Furniture! Dale

If I said I had a terrible experience with Ashley furniture itd be an understatement. I went into the store, ordered a table and chairs and spent nearly $2k. I set a date for delivery. No one called that morning to tell me when they would be coming. So, I went into the store and someone cancelled my delivery (even though it was printed on my receipt). The store rescheduled for later in the week, and when the delivery came my table was missing a chair. So, round three was today when my chair was supposed to be delivered, they called at least 10xs to confirm. My window was 145-545. At 530 I got a call they would be here closer to 6...then at 610 I get a call that itll be 7. I told them I wont be home because Ive now waited at home all day for their screw up. She told me the next time someone can be out is a week from now. What the hell?!?! I will never spend money with this company again. $2k, 3 weeks of my time, and I still dont have what I paid for.
