I purchased a sofa a week prior to move in to a new apartment. I inquired with Liz Garcia, one of the store owners on when they deliver. I was told that they will call a day prior to delivery to confirm when the delivery would take place. Perfect. The day prior to my move, I was told that delivery would take place at 6AM-7:30AM. Yes, this early. I explained that this was not reasonable as I took possession of my keys at 10am that morning, which the point of the call was to ensure I could take delivery. I was then told very rudly that "we do not schedule delivery around when you get your keys.". I said I am sorry to here that and asked if my delivery could be made at a later time....then I was told that it is inconvenient for them to load and unload the truck and that "your delivery will just be last, then." Alright, so then no exact time frame or day for when my couch will be delivered. That same day, I received a call stating that the couch I purchased was not available until July because the one they had on hand was sold. How could this happen when you have your own inventory in stock? It is especially disappointing because the store owner sold the purchase to me so they should be more aware. Not only that, but I received no apology or accommodation for the poor customer service I received. Thankfully, I did receive a full refund but I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Treated like gold till they had my Moms Money. Horrible Ass. Manager, Her store calls my Mom to say her Lamp Finally arrived. I go to pick it up, and told to sit and wait while she watches another customer shop.? I ask her why she cant get my Moms lamp, she tells me the other people are ahead of me. Ill have to wait. ? She is standing doing nothing. I reminder her The Store called us to pick up the lamp. She tells me "She is NOT the one who Called...?? semantics? Really? THIS IS A BOSS..... I just want my Moms Lamp. I was refused, again told to wait. The other people where still "Looking"... I dont understand. Now Mom wants a REFUND. 0 stars not avail. reason for 1. :( :( :(

This company has helped me over the years with furnishing my home with beautiful pieces. Great staff that goes above and beyond to help me. This location has completely turned around in the past 6 months with the new owners Roberto and Liz. The store always has a new look giving me more ideas to choose from when decorating my own home. Ive been in the store several times and had the most professional customer service. They have a tight knit store and they make you feel like family when you come in. I would 100% recommend shopping here if you are looking for that personal touch.

Do your research. Sales lady walks up and lets me know that the prices I see are "sale prices" what she doesnt realize is that Ive been in the store a few times and kept my eye on a specific bedroom set sale or no sale the prices are about the same within a couple of dollars every time. The downside to this place is they do not sell bedroom packages. The only thing included in the price is the dresser and the bed so any other pieces you must purchase separately at full price. Kind of disappointing that they consider a bedroom set a bed and a dresser.

My wife and I stopped in a couple months ago shopping for mattresses. The salesman Roberto, who is also one of the owners, gave us all the time and space we needed to make the right decision. We laid on every bed and discussed pros and cons. Roberto educated us on a special they were running on select mattresses and it just so happened the one we liked most came with a 43" LG LED TV. I got a call the afternoon prior to the expected delivery day and agreed on a time. The 2 delivery guys were on time and got me set up seamlessly. Great experience!

When I entered the store the staff was very friendly. They greeted me right away. The store is clean and very easy to navigate. Liz was extremely patient and gave us the space we needed to make our final decisions. We went back after our first purchase and ordered more furniture from other staff members. Our delivery guys were awesome. They arrived on time and set up quickly with each purchase made. This is a great place to shop for furniture. We will be back!

I recently purchased a mattress and adjustable foundation from this store. This team is the best in the market. My needs were met by the friendly and helpful staff. The store owners will go above and beyond to help. The delivery specialists were on time, professional, friendly and simply amazing. I cannot thank this entire staff enough for helping me with my purchase. If you havent been to Badcock in New Port Richey, you simply must go.

Treated like dirt. They called us to come pick up a lamp, we had waited 8 weeks for. I go to get it, Im told to wait. Woman standing at counter doing nothing, refuses to go get lamp from rear of store. Now 2 WEEKS Later STILL WAITING on REFUND ! Was told it would be done last week............. Never shop here.
