I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit & it was delivered in non-working condition. I paid over $600 & they have done nothing but give me the run around. When Id call to check if someone is coming to fix they act like Im an inconvenience. This is the 3rd day that Ive been asked to sit around all day & wait for someone to come out. Again another day wasted & a no show. Looks like Im going to have to hire someone to fix it. Do yourself a favor & save yourself a lot of aggravation, DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! The absolute worse customer service Ive ever had! No lie

This by far the worst service I have ever had. I was delivered an appliance that does not work. I paid for removal and they declined the removal of my old appliance due to stairs, even though I paid extra for stair removal and I told them multiple times that I had stairs. The manager hung up on me and told me that I am just going to have to "deal" with it. I have now paid over $500 to have a non working appliance sitting in the middle of my living room. I wish I would have just lit $500 on fire, as that would have been a lot less aggravating.

Furniture is usually strong, but scratched. Very few good prices. The people that work there seem like they just want you to get out. When I do buy something there, I always leave feeling like they just ripped me off. I still go here, but I rarely find anything worth the price. Also they are always "Getting a big shipment in a few days".

Great prices on quality used furniture from resorts and hotels . Nice selection of art, lamps, tables and other firniture. There are usually TVs and some appliances too.
