We bought a sofa and they called 4 weeks into making it said they changed some things on it to make it a better model. After waiting from June till Dec we finally got our sofa. I was showing pictures to family and came up with pic of pictures of the one I picked out and the one deliver was not it. So they brought the right one in 3 weeks. I went to sit on it two weeks later and the whole side wasnt sown correctly so they were to get me a new center seat and now its been 6 weeks again and nothing is done yet. Im very upset cause we buy all our furniture from Lazy Boys. I cant believe we are chasing it down again. Very sad

so glad I read all the reviews and didnt purchase anything I was treated so poorly here . not waited on for over 1/2 hour . I went in to make a purchase for 2 recliners not just to shop around I was totally ignored. . Ill shop where they want my money
