Our son relocated to the area a few years ago and my wife and I flew down to help him furnish his home We were able to complete the entire house in one weekend purchasing beautiful furniture for each room from Furniture Warehouse Recently my wife and I purchased our second home (new construction ) in the area We had a limited time to furnish it in one weekend we visited Furniture Warehouse and Beth and Georgie who happened to be in the store that day helped us pick out kitchen dining room living room and two bedrooms We are thrilled with our lovely furniture and was very pleased with the professional delivery and service We noticed a small mark on one of the headboards and the serviceman came out a few days later and fixed it We just ordered from Beth two additional dining room chairs As they are small enough to fit into our car we will,pick them up from the warehouse on our drive down to our home. We were pleased to know that that the chairs will be waiting for us Highly recommend this store

Buyer Beware!!!!! I should have read reviews prior to making a purchase at this store !!!I I was told my purchase would take 4 to 6 weeks which have come and gone, now I was told another month and half by my salesman Jim which dont let his first impression fool you for once he has your money he could careless about you!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given to Georgie Joe who had a major attiude and told me whats the big deal and basically called me a liar !!! What kind of place is this and how are they still in buisness!!! This place does not desereve 1 star!!! P.S. They have a no refund policy which is a warning sign of an establishment that could careless about customer service, the only good thing that comes out of this story is that we were about to purchase a living room set from them... Thank God we did not and we hope this will save others from being treated the way we were!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, quick delivery, large selection of different brands and prices. But: In the bright light of the showroom colors may look different than in normal light at home. Our new leather sofa & lovechair is a lot darker than it was in the showroom. It is not cream as it is in the store, but brownish/taupe. Customer Care told us, the color is correct, we might order a different sofa and pay the restock fee and new delivery. Color samples of fabric or leather to take home to compare would be very helpful. I had posted a better review before, but have to correct it after having contacted customer care.

Please Please do not use this store!!! I never write negative reviews but this Store deserves it. The way they talked to me over the phone is ridiculous and unprofessional, most of all from Carol. She asked if I even wanted a replacement item for the broken one to be delivered, Of course I do, I paid for it?? Broken item delivered and plastic left on furniture is their 99.99 White glove delivery. The manager Jays reply, "thats unfortunate" Thanks for taking an extra day of my time just to receive the service I paid for.

I was very impressed with the quality of the furniture that I got form the furniture warehouse. I bought a very comfortable Serta mattress, and a Klaussner bedroom set, which my wife and I love!! The Sales people were great, not jumping down our throats, but there if you had a question and were very helpful. Best part of the whole experience they delivered our furniture to us the very next day. Would recommend the furniture warehouse to anyone looking for great quality furniture at a great price.

I ordered 2 small side tables from Lisa. When they were delivered, they were the wrong ones. HER mistake even though she said it was ours that maybe we were thinking of something from another store. We were not in another store! So she said come in and pick out the correct ones and she would exchange. The ones we ordered werent there and we cannot get our money back, just store credit. There is nothing I want in that store and will never shop their again and will post it on facebook!

The quality is terrible for the prices. You are better off going to Walmart or even the Habitat for Humanity that you might get better quality for your money and not that "Furniture Warehouse. It seems I bought over 3000 dollars for a bed and two couches a month later it was falling apart and i was told that you only have 30 day. It was a total waste of money. Dont bother going there, one would think that paying 3K+ for a bed and two couches if would be lasting you more than a month.

No follow up .. No follow through. I NEVER GOT NOTIFIED when the Delivery dates changed .. Ordered my living room set Oct 23, 2015. Told I would get it the 11th. Date changed to 17th before I got everything. Customer service needs to be consistent. In 1st visit, they had good service.. After that they let my order fall through the cracks! Manager needs to learn how to apologize and take ownership for their delays.

Excellent service. Great help. We were "those" people coming in at 8:55pm when they closed at 9p. We had just been to an unmentioned competitor where the service was less than stellar. Wayne was patient. Helpful and quick to walk us through the sales process. He allowed us all the time we needed to make our decision even after their closing hour. Highly recommend. Thanks Wayne!

Last year bought an area rug and love it. Ryan was very helpful. so returned this year and purchased Panama Jack table, chairs, writing desk, bench and a side table. Once again love the product as well as delivery people. Ryan was not there that day so Autumn was very helpful and informative as well. As we continue with each room I know we will return.

Had a great experience at the store. Before we bought the salesman told us to go home and remeasure to make 100% sure. I am so glad we did or we would have bought the wrong item. Sue was very helping and was able to get my order ready quickly. The chairs we bought matched perfectly. Thanks again

I bought a bedroom set that was to be delivered one week after purchase, it was delivered however my bench wasnt there with it. I was told it would be at the store within a week, long story short still waiting for the bench and it will be at least three weeks. Awesome!

This place sucks I brought my furniture on 11/12/15 I have not got it yet they keep changing delivery date and no one called.. You got to be kidding me . DO NOT NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE . NOT GOOD SERVICE now the new date is 12/11 it will be 30days.Im so mad.
