I brought a front load washer from here in November 2012. Within the first week the motor burned up. Called warranty and was told it will be a week before someone can come out. So I took it back to this store and got another one. In September 4th 2013 it quit working. Called sears again and was told it would be September 11th, 2013 before they can come out. They came out and he said looks like a control board. Ill order you one and a pump as well. It will be the September 19th before we can fix it. There on back order. Well I’m an appliance tech and own my own business fixing customers appliance and I called my supply house and can have the board and pump shipped to me the next day (September 12th, 2013). That’s 15 days I have to go without have a washer to wash my kids close. DON’T BUY A FRONT LOAD WASHER!!!!!

In April 2015 management at this Sears talked me into buying an advertised on sale but out-of-stock trimmer and roll of line. Management promised the items would be in the next business day and they would call me. They did not call. So my spouse went in to pick up the trimmer. Even though we paid for a new trimmer, Sears gave us the floor model with no instructions, and sent some line promising to call when the roll of line I paid for came in. It is now September and they have yet to call or otherwise provide the roll of line. And yes, Ive called, stopped in and written to both the local store and to Sears to no avail. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

Bought all appliances for kitchen gave me a quote with one price another price entirely when I purchased appliances. Was informed that appliances would be in within a week called to tell me it would be 3 weeks when I threatened to cancel order they did provide appliances by end of week the microwave was still on backorder. I called today to see where it was at, and they acted like they had no idea who I was or what I was supposed to be getting. Very unprofessional I will think twice before shopping there again. Buyers beware...empty promises

I bought a lawn mower here and got the warranty. My mower broke sent it in April 19 and did not get till the end of Aug. So they had my mower all summer. It has never been fix and has a bad oil leak .so the mower is junk in less than 2 Years thanks to them working on it.

Had an issue but they have great customer service.... 2016
