Incredible customer service. We bought two motorized reclining chairs from Four Corners about nine months ago. On Monday this week one of the motors froze and the chair would no longer recline. I called (Melissa) that morning and within 24 hours two staff (Taylor and Joe) came out to assess the problem. They spent 15 minutes trying to fix the problem and then said "the motor is frozen and the best solution we have is to replace the chair with a new one". I was pleased and asked when they could replace it. The response was "how about right now--we have the same chair in our truck outside". Talk about taking care of your customers! SUPER impressive. If you want a store that is filled with competent and trustworthy folks, with very stylish quality products at fair prices, this is your place!!

We have been frequenting Four Corners since 2003. As it has expanded, we have continued to shop there, and at their newer store, even though our house is fully furnished, because there is always that small "something special" that speaks to us. And we continue to refer our friends there … at least a dozen of our friends have found exactly what they sought at Four Corners. Michael and Bill have exquisite taste, and their store rooms are filled with beautiful, comfortable, eclectic furniture and sensational accessories. They and their staff are absolutely delightful, and it is always a favorite place to stop by, often just to say "Hi!" - and we wind up leaving with a treasure! Do not miss visiting one of their two fine stores. You will be very glad you did! - Eileen & Dave

One of the biggest challenges of serious downsizing- in my case 5100sqft to 875- is storage and adequate sleeping arrangements for guests. When I finally decided to give up my squishy old mud-colored sofa and go for a sleeper, Melissa Ness came to my rescue. She was an absolute guardian angel, giving me support and suggestions, but allowing me space and time to figure out what I really wanted. I know I was a challenging customer, but she never faltered in her cheerful and professional attitude. My new sofa was delivered yesterday, and I like it so much Im thinking of having a party to introduce it to my friends. I hope it lasts for the rest of my life, but if it doesnt, Ill trust Melissa to help me again.

We recently converted our screened-in back porch into a 4 seasons room. While looking for ideas, furnishing, etc. for our new space we were fortunate enough to meet Elana Ficken, an employee of Four Corners Home. We could not have asked for a more knowledgable, professional, conscientious, individual than Elana. She asked all the right questions, truly listened (which we greatly appreciated), then expertly guided us through the process of selecting pieces for our new space. We extend our deepest appreciation to Elana. Our new space is a place filled with comfortable & comforting pieces which we will enjoy for a very long time to come. Cant say enough about Four Corners. Their product line was top of the line with a very competitive price range. Service delivery on time with great communications from very respectful and friendly staff. Best of all was the customer service we received in the store from Lisa Eichner. From the moment we walked in to the store we felt at ease, at home and with every question we asked we were provided detailed responses with assurance that Lisa knew her product inside and out. She was comfortably confident and yet not pushy. My only compliant is that we dont have a Four Corner in Charlotte. Highly recommend on your next trip Asheville, NC.

Having moved to Asheville 2 years ago we have worked with others in town and truly feel that FOUR CORNERS out ranks all of them. We were fortunate enough to work a talented designer that respected our budgetary constraints and took the time to get to know our lifestyle. She greatly enhanced the communication to bring both mine and my husband’s “wants” together and has created a beautiful master bedroom for us. And the service did not stop as soon as our order was placed. Talli arrived the day of the delivery to inspect and make sure we were completely satisfied. I will look to FOUR CORNERS in the future for whatever else we may need.

We two Tennesseans will make Four Corners Home a regular stop on all of our travels through western North Carolina. Well echo the accolades spelled out in other reviews: nice wares that fit our modern lifestyle, reasonable prices, superb service. Weve had lots of things shipped to us that weve purchased on vacation jaunts, but I cant recall faster, more efficient customer service than that offered by the FCH staff (they shipped us a rather large mirror). The follow-up emails to make sure everything got to us in one piece were particularly appreciated. Well be back.

What a pleasurable experience I have had at Four Corners Home and Mobilia. If you are looking for contemporary, hand-selected furniture, there is no equal in the Asheville area. I have been looking for a sofa for several months and have finally found it! Equally impressive is the team that is in place at all 3 locations. They have found the balance between being welcoming and professional, and go out of their way to anticipate needs. Impeccable customer service and beautiful furnishings are alive and well in North Carolina!

We were visiting Asheville over Thanksgiving and wondered into Four Corners Home. We loved the style of the furniture and the prices are reasonable for the quality. We purchased a new dining table and chairs, and it was delivered in a week. We love our new table, and the staff at Four Corners is absolutely fabulous. They certainly do not pressure you to purchase, and they are extremely helpful and great with follow up. Michael and Julie were wonderful! We will definitely shop there again next time we need furniture.

Weve been shopping at Four Corners since moving to Asheville in 2006 and have a piece of their furniture in every room of the house. Michael and Bill have terrific taste and have a selection of furnishings and accessories - contemporary, eclectic, warm - that cant be matched in Western NC. They and their staff are so welcoming that we continue to drop in just to say hello. Despite the fact that we dont need another thing, theres always something that catches our eye to bring home.

We bought a dining table and Four Corners had it shipped back to our home in Seattle. It was damaged slightly in transit and as soon as we told them they were incredibly responsive and totally willing to whatever was needed to correct the situation. It was resolved very well and they sent us a gift as a way of thanking us for being good customers...a lovely touch! We just wish we had a store just like Four Corners and its owners near where we currently live!!

This is such a nice store in Downtown Asheville. They have a urban sophistication and blend that very nicely with global flavor from all over the world. Friendly staff that really care about their products.
