Promised delivery on Thursday. I double checked with two people before I left the store. Drove all the way to Knoxville and paid people to remove the old stuff and sat around half the day waiting. After I called the store, I learned the asst manager had changed the deliver date without contacting me. Then they try and say we thought it didnt matter to you. This left me with no furniture and a two hour drive for nothing. I ended up buying the same furniture in Knoxville for $100 less per item! Stay away from these people! Horrible customer service!

Several people greeted us, held the door for us and offered us drinks as we came in. We said we were just looking, but ended up being followed from behind anyways, thats normal I suppose but still annoying. We did not end up buying anything, but its a nice place with a lot to choose from.

Travis my sales agent, was extremely helpful and friendly. I found a new living room set that is absolutely gorgeous and the price was great too. The lady in the office was very kind and helpful as well. Great service and extremely friendly people, Ill definitely be a return shopper!!!

Grand has great prices, great employees and an up-to-date selection on many home furnishing. I suggest speaking with Karen, she has been over all of our sales and is absolutely fantastic!! If she doesnt have an answer, she will find it!

Very helpful and friendly staff. As soon as you enter the store they offer you a beverage and sometimes popcorn. They have quality furniture worth looking at.
