I bought a mattress and box set from here, and within days there was already a big dent in the mattress. They ended up replacing it with a new one (same model and brand), but the next morning I found another dent, same problem as before. I called and they kept putting me off, and finally I speak to the store owner and he actually tried to blame ME for the damage, insist on saying I "abuse" the mattress, and that hell only replace it if I buy a bed frame from him for $50. Terrible mattress store, and sleazy salesmen who lie through their teeth just to get your money and treat you like garbage after they made the sale. Never buying anything from here again, and I suggest you do the same. Go somewhere else, its worth the extra few dollars.

Just bought a bed from them. The buying experience was very nice. I talked to the owner. He didnt try and push a more expensive one on me like other stores. I had done research before looking and he knew his product. Looking forward to the delivery. I will add more after a few nights of sleep. I have had my mattress and adjustable bed frame for a couple of weeks. My sleep is better than it has been in years. I have severe arthritis and in the morning I am not hurting like I have been. Thank you for your suggestion on which mattress to get.

This review describes the terrible experience I had at Mattress One Furniture Jacksonville. I purchased a mattress and box spring from this company within a year the box spring frame broke in half. I filed a claim with the company my claim was denied and I also had a terrible experience in the store the associate was rude. They accused me of doing something wrong before they heard my complaint. I will never go back to this retailer they dont stand behind there products.
