Staff at the locations are very friendly and helpful, and their financing options are pretty great and unheard of with 0% interest; however, their customer service after orders have been placed is beyond subpar. We werent notified when our mattress didnt come in on an expected shipment, and we werent notified when it finally DID come in about 2 weeks late. They again didnt call us to schedule a delivery time, nor did they call us to even let us know they were on their way. We got a phone call stating they were outside of our residence and we were both at work! TLDR: Friendly staff, good financing, terrible customer service.

My husband and I were on a search for just a couch last year and we decided to give Coconis a try. Toni McLoughlin was such a huge help in finding the perfect seating arrangement to fit our families needs. I have struggle with furniture placement in our family room for 18 years and was never happy! She also helped in adding shelving, an extra chair, decor and an end table....:) Yes, we bought more than we were expecting when we walked in the door.... but after 18 years I am FINALLY happy with our family room and that is PRICELESS!! Just ask my husband! Lol:)

Ordered mattress on 2/28. It is taking 2 weeks and 2 days to get to get it delivered. Said they have the mattress on stock but waiting for mattress spring unit. They said they would charge 2 delivery charges if they delivered the mattress, then the spring unit. On 3/9 said it was in but the the truck was full. On 3/11 said it was in but the truck was full (again) and couldnt deliver within the 2 weeks.

Neat furniture store with some different and unique pieces not commonly seen in mainstream furniture shops. There was a lot of decor and lamps to purchase which were reasonably priced. They had a nice large clearance/sale section with pretty decent items. If your in the market for furniture it is worth checking out. The salesperson who greeted us was a super nice guy, very sincere. Didnt crowd us.

Was a very relaxed atmosphere and there was never any pressure from Salesmen to order. All my questions were answered and recommendations from Chris helped make my decision easier. The Salesmens knowledge of the different companies helped me to decide which was the best fit for me. Would definitely recommend Coconis to my friends and the Salesmen Chris in your Hebron location.

Lisa Gamble was very understanding and sympathetic to our situation as we had a house fire in January 2016 and needed to refurnish our entire home. She was kind, patient, and very informative with our decorating needs. We would return to Coconis Furniture in the future. Oh, wait, we did! Our two major furniture purchases were around 12 years apart and both at Coconis!

Very overpriced. Was not impressed with the overall quality of the products or the (lack of) service that we recieved. Same mattresses can be bought at hh Gregg or even odd lots for hundreds cheaper. Skip this place and go down the road to shop around.
