I completely agree with the other reviewer. The facility is nice, clean, and welcoming. Once you decide to purchase, it is all down hill. When it came to the delivery, it was a nightmare. We were told by the associate that the deliver would happen when "the delivery people sobered-up." It was really unprofessional and tacky. We asked that it not happen between 7-8 AM because no one would be there to accept the delivery. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry, I cannot help you." Cannot help me??? He suggested we call the morning of the delivery and talk to the customer service rep--which we did. She told us that she cannot schedule a delivery. The truck goes out, and there is no telling when they will reach the house. We asked if we could be last on the list, and she VERY rudely said, "we cannot make exceptions for people." So we took our chances and sure enough...they call at 7:23 AM! They told me that they were 5 minutes away. I asked if they could wait ten minutes until we could get there. The delivery person said "OK." At 7:31 I received another call, this time from dispatch. The woman said that the delivery people have been waiting on us for a half hour. She continued to tell me that because we werent there, we would need to schedule another delivery. I swiftly said, "that is impossible--I have the time stamp on my phone--they called 8 minutes ago and told me they were 5 minutes out! I asked for 10 minutes, and they Okayed it!" By that time we pulled in the driveway. The guys unloaded the furniture, set it up, and were about to leave. Luckily I inspected the item before they left. I found a HUGE gash! Complained. Demanded a new one. Fortunately they agreed, but now we have to do it all again. I will update this review if this delivery goes better. I feel consumers should know that the experience is not all it is cracked up to be. We work hard for our money, and we should feel like our business is valued.

We recently moved to Ellenton,FL from Massachusetts. We sold almost everything we owned before the move. When we bought our new home we were basically starting from scratch. We had the pleasure of working with salesman Jon Freidman at the Rooms To Go in Bradenton. He was fantastic, showing us numerous pieces of furniture that for our needs after telling him what we were looking for. Over a few different visits, he was alway prompt and helpful while we changed our order multpile times. We ordered an entire living room, dining room, and bedroom set with a few other add-ons. At checkout Jon let us pick our delivery date and he scheduled it, telling us everything but 1 piece would be there on that day. 1 dresser was about a week out, past our delivery date. When delivery day arrived, the delivery crew was on time. They hastily unloaded and set up everything putting it exactly where we wanted it. They also didnt leave any trash or mess behind. They even added some humor along the way. The furniture was a exactly what we order, and good quality furniture. Then about a week later, just as Jon said, we got deliver confirmation for the dresser. And again it was delivered on time and showed up assembled, so the guys just put it where we asked and were on their way. I highly recommend this Rooms To Go store.

We bought a sectional here May of 16. Bought the 3 year warranty which we believed covered everything not just stain removal. We had a problem with one of the sections called local store and Brian got them to do a courtesy call to check out our problem. Customer service tech came out checked the problem adjusted the foam and said it needs a new pad. He made it seem like he was going to get the problem resolved but turned in that it was our fault it did this. Totally different from what he said to us in person. After speaking with customer service they said they will not do anything about it and it was a courtesy they even came out. We where not happy with the way he left the couch but she didnt care it is our fault. Left another message for Brian to call us back but a week later still have not heard from him. We will never buy from rooms to go. We bought this couch cause our last couch had to be warrantied do to problems. Only buy from rooms to go if you want furniture to last a year then replace it. Todd

Stopped by the Bradenton location with my parents and Pam was horrible. Didnt greet us upon entry and the ENTIRE time, spoke to my mother in a very condescending tone and was very annoyed the entire time. Rude and though she was mainly speaking with my mother, I felt uncomfortable with how she was speaking to her. The tone of voice she used when asking "what price range" was very insulting. Its not good to treat people as though they cant afford something based off their appearance (dad was still in work uniform) FYI, dont go there. They had a BOGO free sale on a bed and it STILL comes out to be over two grand due to fees and extras they throw on that you dont need but they force you to get. They also are ripping customers off by charging sixty dollars for delivery, because they cant have it picked up as their DC warehouse is in LAKELAND, so youre FORCED to get items delivered. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Got an amazing deal across the street at Mattress Firm.

So far, I have had a horrible experience with this store! I went there to buy a couch and the store opened 45 minutes late. I bought a couch and was LIED TO AT THE STORE when I purchased the additional $75 protection for the leather couch - I was told that it covered any and all stains and that the couch would be replaced no questions asked if there were any. Well, 3 months later, the couch has stains and I am finding I am having to DEFEND myself and they are not working with me at all - Rooms to go sent some weirdo out to take more pictures of my couch (which I had already sent them) and tried to clean with the same cleaner I already did - ITS AS IF ROOMS TO GO WAS CALLING ME A LIAR! Customer service is NONEXISTENT HERE AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN - THIS IS BASICALLY $1200 THROWN OUT THE WINDOW! THIS IS ROOMS TO GO BRADENTON - MANAGER SUSAN KING - HORRIBLE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The manager was rude. Would not let me talk and had the nerve to say to me "Are you going to let me talk?" RUDE RUDE....Our furniture was suppose to arrive between 7-11 and we had to switch our work schedules to accommodate this time. Needless to say...no one showed up during this time. We had to go to work. A call comes after 12:30 saying they were here!!! Unacceptable! We had to call them...we took the initiative...if not, there would be no calls trying to resolve this. They had no idea who they were talking to...insisted they had called me and the fact was...it was not me!! One had does not know what the other one was doing!!! Still no furniture!! What ever happened to "The customer is always right?"
