I had a horrible experience. They sold me a malfunctioning computer, and when i tried to get it fixed i was bounced around from office to office talk to dell 3 times badcocks corporate office 2 time and of course this horrid store. I was told its past a week so now your stuck with it. I asked to speck to a manager which apparently was telling the sales associate i was speaking with everything, but when i asked to speak with her i was told she is leaving now she doesnt have time to speak to you making me feel miniscule and was told to call back monday. I should not have to jump through hoops to fix this problem when i dont make them for my payments. I will never go to this store again.

The manger could learn a lesson or two. One respect people, Two, respect money. I made a purchase and most likely would have made, many, many more. The store was paid in cash. And would have always been, that not being the issue. So, sad to be so desperate and disrespectful to clients. And "money" people work hard for that young lady. If they think enough of your establishment. To spend it there. You owe them and the process more than an eye roll. And a huff and a puff The desperation I witnessed? And I have lived in Los Angeles dealt with real showrooms. I would imagine Badbusiness Badcocks is soon to be going out of business sale soon!

Bought washer and dryer just to find out on delivery they didnt include the hoses vent or even the plugs to the washer and dryer so that I could use them I have bought washers and dryers before and they always included these items and the delivery men installed them for me is it me being out of bounds or am I right in being upset

Had A horrible experience at the Florida city Badcock came to visit family in Bradenton and stopped in the Badcock in the Cortez location the manager Michelle and her crew were so kind and generous I bought my self a new living room set and hauling it all the way to narnja fl.... make sure yu come visit them...

If i can i will give 0 stars! The manager Michelle is a very disrespectful and arrogant person! She need to take lesson of how to treat your 3 years costumers! The only person who is very Helpful and kind is Jessenia she is the best! I been sending costumers since 2012 to Jessenia!
