This is the most unprofessional place of business that need to be shut down. My mother purchased a bed for my children on May 27, 2016, my mom was told someone would call me to schedule a delivery date. Saturday came, Sunday came, Monday came still no phone call, finally on Tuesday May 30, 2016 I received a automated voice mail from Badcock stating delivery date and time will be 9-12 June 1, 2016. At that same time I returned Badcock call and spoke to Valerie to advised them the same they gave me would not work, I am a full time student. I asked why didnt anyone call me to confirm the time instead of setting the time? They couldnt answer my question, then when I proceeded to reschedule the appointment I was advised they would charge my mom account $50 for a reschedule fee, since the reschedule wasnt done in 48 hour time frame. I went off, I said how in the heck are you telling me I have a 48 hour time frame to reschedule but you gave me less than a 24 hour notice for delivery? Valerie stated it was not in her hands and its in the manager house. My problem is why are you charging a fee for a reschedule delivery that was never delivered. Neither less to say my mother was upset and so was I, so we canceled the whole order. I will never ever do business with Badcock again.

I bought a king bedroom set for my bedroom and a queen bed for my daughter. We purchased the furniture on a Sunday and was told it would be delivered that next Friday. They called on Monday and gave us a delivery time, so we waited around Friday and they never showed up. I called the store to find out they scheduled us the next Friday. They didnt even apologize for the mistake so I said I will just take a refund. The sales lady knew we were moving that weekend and didnt have beds. Then come to find out they didnt even order my daughters bed. The owner was there and talked to us when we made the purchase and didnt even have the audacity to call and offer up an apology. Horrible customer service. They lost a $3,000 purchase and didnt seem to care.

Horrible Owners Mike and Beth ! That saying "We Care " I disagree ! Customer spend their Money and expect to get New Furniture out of a box but really their getting Floor Models That Spend Months on the StoreFloor ! They Also mistreat their employees and dont appreciate what they do for them . Beth always has a nasty attitude and nothing pleases her . Treats her employees like their some type of slaves ! Very much regret opening an account with them , Never will I deal business with those horrible owners !
