Very frustrated and disappointed. My husband and I went to buy our first couch as a couple and were excited. The sales man was great with helping us find a couch. We actually got a couch and love seat. Shipped to our new place on time with no issues but after having the couch a month I noticed the cushions on the couch were MUCH thinner than when we we had bought it only a month earlier. I called the company because this just didnt seem right when the love seat looked beautiful. Grant it we dont sit on that one much but you could see a considerable difference between the 2. So the company said they would have someone come out to look at it. The gentle man was nice an everything and he brought what he called his *magic wand* basically its metallic and when he waves it over the couch it makes the cushions pop back up. He said that it was because we were sitting on it improperly and that we needed to sit on each cousin individually not in between 2 which I didnt think we were doing. He also said thats * just the was it is* when buying a 3 cushion sofa.... Never heard of anything like that before and a few days after he left even *sitting on them properly* they went back to the same way they were before an just didnt have the energy or time to deal w the company so I kinda let it go. Now flash forward an it will be 1yr weve had this couch and you can imagine how flat the cushions are but now the bottom staples are falling out and theres metal trying to poke thru the leather under one of the sides of the arm. So I call an they lady covering the Bradenton area wasnt the nicest over the phone an set me up with an apt. Same gentle man came by and again was nice and waved his magic wand pushed the staples and metal back in but the couch just looks like crap. Again was told *thats just the way it is* I remember my parents buying furniture an they kept it forever! I made it one month and had an issue an made it almost a year an another issue it looks like crap. The company knows Im unhappy and yet the answer is *thats just the way it is* sales man sure didnt tell me in a month it was going to look like a 5 year old couch when he was taking over $1000 from me. I hope I can post pictures because I have a pic of the love seat and couch currently taken today and you can see how the love seat looks great and the couch looks very different. Cushions super flat and floppy and this pic was taken after he waved his *magic wand* over it for a 2nd time. Was told today if I didnt like it after a while I could call back and he would come back out and do it again. I dont want to have to call to have this couch maintained. Just tired of buying things an they turn out to be poorly made an then being stuck with it and out the money to buy somthing better.

We bought a couch and elected to bring it home ourselves. It was packed in cloth and thick plastic. When we got it home after removing the coverings, we noticed it was damaged in two spots. This was not damage caused by us, but rather we purchased it damaged. At first they said they would come out and fix. Then they said we were not in their service area, so we needed to bring it back. We do not live in the area and were upset that they sold us a damage couch, yet we had to return it for anther at our expense. Not only that but the cushions did not fit, leaving a 2 inch gap. They were rude and unwilling to work with us at all. Each time we spoke with either the store manager or customer support they were ruder and ruder. We had explained that since they first elected to come to us and fix, we disposed of the plastic. The store manager said not a problem, but then customer support said we would need to cover and if the couch had any (more) damage, they would not accept it. They do not stand by their products. We were sold a damaged couch, and are making us replace at our own expense. We just bought a new house, and while in the showroom initially liked some of their other stuff. Now, with all they are putting us through and not standing by their claim of quality, we would NEVER purchase from them again. It is one thing to buy good stuff inexpensively, it is another to get cheap. Not to mention their unwillingness to work with us under the circumstances. Needless to say we are not happy with this establishment and the whole experience has left a very bad taste.

At The Furniture Warehouse, it appeared to be a nice place to buy furniture but, the buying experience was horrible. My wife was taken by the amount of people that shopped at The Furniture Warehouse. Also, she believed that the furniture was of excellent quality. One weekend in August, we went to the store in Ellenton to purchase a complete bedroom set. The salesman was nice and extremely confident that we were getting an excellent product. We spending a total of $2,700.00 in cash and we only received a $100.00 discount for making a purchase over a specific amount. We thought for sure that our salesman would give us a bigger discount but , IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. We received our new furniture in two separate deliveries. The bulk of the furniture was delivered near the last weekend of August. The last piece of furniture ( a night stand) was finally delivered three weeks later but the night stand was defected. I learned that the business of The Furniture Warehouse is not certify with the Better Business Bureau. The experiences of their customer service, technician service and delivery service were uncaring, unprofessional, and a inconvenient of our time. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this business as a 4, very uncaring about the consumer. We will not buy/ referred anyone to buy furniture at this business.

I cant believe the professionalism of this so called furniture store beware of this place they towed a $80,000 sports car out of there parking lot and did major damage to it and from what i have heard there not even going to fix or replace it!!The great news is the car was a 2012 limited production vehicle that was purchased a couple of weeks ago. I can only imagine what would happen to you if you spent a couple thousand dollars in furniture then had a problem with it a few days later they would tell you I am sorry you are an owner. Please beware of the type of people that represent this place, a great business is built from integrity and honesty. Please do not support a business worried only about their dollar and forgets about yours! Beware beware beware! Please dont allow your judgement to make a very costly error buy somewhere else that stands behind their customers. Also if you come look at furniture then go over to Applebees to eat dinner what ever you do please dont leave your car in furniture warehouses parking lot even though they have 210 parking spots with 4 customers. That just shows you that they are only worried about their money and nobody elses. I think with there very poor customer service and marketing behavior they will not be in Parrish very long!
