Sorry to hear anyones poor customer service experience. My wife and I were greeted upon entering the store. We told DJ what we wanted and he personally took us around. He gave us swatches to pick out fabric likes/dislikes and even took down what furniture we were looking for so they could contact us if it came in. They even offer free home interior design consultations. Some of the furniture is dinged up, and some of it is disorganized but its an outlet store so it is to be expected. If the price is to high you just come back and see if they have lowered the price the next week. If you want immaculate modern furniture, you have to pay regular/sale price online.

PRICES FLUCTUATE ALOT. Love the store. The prices are all over the place thought. Example would be a jewelry box that my girlfriend got. Two exactly the same boxes on the shelf, one was 49$ and the other was 149$ and the original price was 199$. No difference in boxes? The staff is friendly and they have a good stock of supplies. Of you are coming from a distance away like I do coming from Charlotte, call ahead and see if they have what you want, theyll tell you.

Love West Elm things, but I cannot tolerate the slow, inattentive customer service. I searched for an employee, finally gave up and stood at the register...for close to 10 minutes...until I gave up! I intended to purchase quite a few rugs...but I will take my business elsewhere.

Decent selection of west elm outlet fare, though some of the furniture still seems overpriced for the condition its in. We have been at least three times while couch hunting and have been aggressively ignored by staff. Maybe they could smell our $600 budget?

Terribly over crowded with junk! Its like a rummage sale with bins full of stuff that you have to dig through for a minimal discount. Not worth your time!

Kinda pricey... Also clearance was in total disarray and staff wouldnt even make eye contact, even when they are directly in front of you.
