WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I only put one star because I had to. We bought a bed and dresser from them and in that same year both pieces broke. I never called about the dresser because I dont see that as that big of a deal because I am still able to use it. However, I did call about the bed as that obviously needed to be fixed. They came and exchanged it but were rude about the whole process. I had specifically asked them to come within a certain time range because I have a job too and cant wait around the whole day until they show up. They could never make it within the time I needed so instead of them trying to accommodate me, I had to accommodate them. Then within less than a year it broke again. Now they refuse to fix it because its after the year warranty. I understand not fixing it for free because its after a year, so I asked how much it would cost to fix it. I was then told by the manager that he wasnt even going to look up how much it is because he wont be fixing it since its after the year. So basically, in order to sleep in a bed that isnt broken I have to buy a whole new one. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

We bought a sofa and love seat from Badcock in December of this year. The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, so at first we were very happy. Then one of the boards in the back of the sofa broke, and despite having purchased a furniture protection plan, we have been given the run-around for a full month while trying to get the store to pick up the sofa for repair. They were supposed to come between 3 - 7 p.m. on a Tuesday to pick it up, but after confirming this time with me at 12:30 p.m. the same day, they showed up at 2:30 p.m. instead and left a "sorry we missed you" tag on the door. I called the store manager to complain and he 1) sarcastically asked me "Havent you ever worked with someone on trying to schedule something before?" 2) constantly spoke over me, 3) asked if I was calling just to make him feel guilty, and 4) said he thought my husband and I should be "tickled" that he is going to send a repair technician to our house on Thursday rather than scheduling another attempt to pick up the couch two weeks from now. Do not buy here if you want good customer service and speedy resolution of problems.

Utterly appalled by the service. Once my mothers credit was ran, and the salesman realized he wouldnt make much commission off of the sale, we were treated as second class citizens while he finalized other sales, even though we were being helped first. To top it off, he obviously doesnt have world class selling skills because, instead of getting to know us and our needs, he gave us his life story. Will not be back

The management truly is inept. Mr. Rideout should not be in the position. Went in with my 83 year old mother to buy a bed that we had looked at a few days earlier. Was told by salesman that the item had gone off sale the previous day. Unwilling to even consider honoring the price the other salesperson quoted. Unresponsive customer service. Will follow up with corporate office.
