I was in the market for a Recliner and had visited two other places and liked a couple of recliners form each store and had decided not to make a hasty decision. Was very pleased from the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and directed to the sales person whom I had spoken to on the phone.John Howren who is a very good salesman and knows his products, John guided me thru 15 plus recliners, I was informed on each one and the differences between each one we had looked at. John was never pushy and let me make my own informed decision. The recliner I loved and purchased was not in stock in the color I wanted so I had it ordered and I picked it up the next Friday Morning. ( I was shopping on Sunday) Through the whole process it was smooth sailing and no issues, glitches or hangups (As it should be) John was great and I ended up meeting several other Staff Members while I was there and everyone was pleasant and nice. A big shout out to the Crew at Haverty"s Thank You for an Awesome buying experience and I will be back! With all of this said I have been in retail sales of some sort myself for 20+ years and currently I am in the Automotive Industry, I was treated like I was Family not just a Sale, You need to give these guys a try and I know your experience will be as great as mine was!

We were so happy with our experience at Havertys. After couch shopping all day, our last stop was Havertys. We were greeted at the entrance by a friendly sales associate. With two dogs and baby on the way we had a lot of concerns with fabrics and durability and of course comfort. The associate definitely took the time to listen to our wants and needs and knew exactly what we were looking for. After we had found our couch we browsed the store a bit more, and the associate was the perfect balance of helpfulness and unobtrusiveness. She even started a wish list for us for future purchases. Above all we were really happy with the furniture--its style and quality--and the customer service was some of the best weve ever experienced. The prices were very, very fair, especially for the quality and the service. I would recommend it to anyone!

Havertys has excellent inventory including quality items and many different styles. Our consultant, William, was very helpful back in November 2015 when we were trying to pick out a sectional. He answered questions when they came up, showed us sectionals based on our preferences, and gave my husband and I time/space to talk about it. He also easily communicated with us via email after we left. I would absolutely recommend Havertys and our consultant, William. We were able to swap out pieces of the sectional after delivery (at no charge) because we realized it didnt work in our space. We also realized a small tear a couple weeks later and under the warranty we had it repaired at no additional charge. Now we have the perfect sectional for our living room!

Furniture is poor quality. The finish on our dining room table scratched very easily (aka just by scooting a placemat). Greasy fingerprints could not be wiped off due to the finish on the table (it soaked right in, poor choice of finish for a piece of furniture designed for serving food and beverage on).
