Walk away if you want to be treated with respect. Walk away if you dont have 500+ to spent on a pair of glasses. Dont waste their time and dont waste your time. I never leave bad reviews, because i know how difficult it is to run a business nowadays. Even upon leave this review, I gave it some serious thought and even spoke to my coworker whether this is necessary. Dr. Rezvani - I dont appreciate it when you answered my question with annoyance and your answer was, "you are asking the same question". Perhaps I repeated myself, perhaps I asked the same question. But for the $225 you are going to bill my insurance company for the 15 minutes you spent with me, I would hope you spared me some patient and answer my questions with respect and address my concerns. I got an exam done last year in May, not too long ago, and I spent $400 on my glasses. I wanted to come in for an exam and get your honest professional opinion on whether my current glasses is still good or not, and whether they could be the reason for my headache. Frankly, if my current glasses is still good, I am not looking to spent another 500+ on glasses as your store quoted me. I will take my question to another doctor who legitimately care about the wellbeing of their patient and treat them with respect. Amy - It might be my HRs responsibility to let me know what my coverage is. However I specifically emailed you guys to ask whether Contact exam is covered before I came in. If your staff does a better job answering emails, this would have saved the confusion we had at the end. PS. 1. If your insurance carrier is Davis Vision, skip this place. I was informed that they believe Davis Vision lab is not reliable, glasses/lens often came back with problems. They "recommend" buying their frame and using another lab that doesnt go through Davis Vision. They will offer you a store discount on their brand and talk you out of purchasing your glasses through Davis Vision. Fair warning, even with the store discount, you glasses will still end up to be $500+. I dont have a problem with you trying to sell expensive glasses, but at least show me what my insurance covers, so I can take a look and decide for myself. 2. Always get a quote for exams before you go in to avoid any confusions when it comes to time to pay.

While the people are friendly, they are wholly incompetent. I was initially frustrated during my meeting with the doctor (she was running about 15 minutes late, though that is not a primary concern) because she did not listen to my needs. She was trying to push her agenda--selling daily contact lenses. The doctor did relent and write a prescription for the contacts that have been working very well for me for the past several years. Upon checking out, I was told they would be shipped to my house. Several days later, I received an email stating that the contacts were in the store. I reached out to them, and they arranged to have them delivered to my residence. However, upon closer inspection, they did not label any of the boxes! While I can do this on my own, I have never had that happen before. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Idoc is a beautiful office in a convenient location. I have been going here annually for years, and its always a pleasant experience. The front office staff is organized and courteous, and I have never had to wait long. Dr. Rezvani herself is a gem. She is gentle and explains everything she is doing. She never makes me feel rushed, and she takes time to make sure I understand my choices, and answers all my questions patiently. She always follows through, and remembers what we talked about previously, even if I havent been in for a while. Its so rare to have a really good experience with a medical office from start to finish. Im really grateful for idoc.

Best frame selecting experience I have ever had. Amy is a pro with a great eye and within the first few pairs she suggested for me, she nailed it. The perfect pair for my style, my face shape, and my coloring. And shes fun! Ill definitely be back. Oh! And she did an adjustment on my old frames *and* repaired my husbands broken sunglasses, all for free. You just cant get that type of customer service everywhere. Highly recommend.

This is the best eye doctor and office I have ever been. The receptionist, Manager and eye doctors are outstanding! They have a great variety of glasses that are all prices - so dont assume all the glasses are very expensive. I would strongly recommend this office to everyone!

Dr. Rezvani did not show for scheduled appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early, completed duplicative forms, and so on. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was asked if I would like to reschedule. No thanks!
