If at all possible, avoid this eye center. I came for an eye exam and contact fitting. I had a 2:45 appointment and was not seen until 4:50 and did not leave until 6:00. Dr. Rice is wonderful- she really takes time with each person and perfectly fit my complicated prescription. Unfortunately, the center is understaffed and overbooked. The staff was not able to navigate my insurance and had trouble accurately billing me for my contact filling. I returned today for a 12:15 appointment to check my contacts. I arrived when they opened at noon and six people were already waiting and the front desk staff had not yet arrived. The doctor was having to manage the crowd. The staff did not arrive until 12:15. Despite my high regards for the doctor- the expertise is not worth fighting with overbooking and long waits.

Muy mala. Ejemplo : tu cita es a las 2:00, pero te atienden a las 3:00. Los lentas son de muy mala calidad, una semana después de haberlos comprado, se le cayó un pin, Un mes después, se me cayó sobre la mesa y se le quebraron los aros. Me quedé nuevamente sin lentes. Y ellos no dan garantía, si la quieres tienes que comprar un seguro. Me atendieron amablemente.

Do not go here, you would get better results if you cut off a coke bottle and made your own glasses. No such thing as customer service, dont keep you informed of issues, how does this place stay open. Absolutely a terrible place. Is there a rating less than 1 star.

Very poor customer service, was not satisfied at all. Only one doctor who could help me get contacts and whos schedule is only on Mondays and Fridays from 8 AM to 3 or 5PM. Its really not worth going there.

The staff at this establishment is very courteous but Dr Flora Feldman is the rudest and most unprofessional optician I have ever dealt with. Maybe I went in on her bad day.
