I paid over $600 for one pair if glasses 8 months ago. The little plastic nose pies on my frames broke off. I went for repair, and am allergic to the silicone type but they were out of the other kind and they would order but would be 7-10 days. We agreed to temporarily put on silicone and I said I cut a small section of tape to put the nosepiece on top of silicone. They wrapped a 1 in piece of tape around it with sharp edges poking out. I said, really...you want me to go home like this? As I looked at it, the tape and nosepiece fell off. He had to reattach it and I said I will tape it. Unfortunately nothing seems to stick to the silicone. I called the next day and asked if they would go to their competitors in the mall and get the nosepiece, I wanted Sterling to install it since I purchased originally from them, and in case replacing them damaged my glasses that I would be at the place I purchased them. I told him I had two very important interviews to attend and didnt want my glasses to be taped up. They said no that Id be better off going myself. I said then I will take my business elsewhere too.

I havent had glasses in years and I went in to Sterling Optical and I must say they were very friendly and very helpful, esp the lady in there, Lisa was her name. I would def recommend their services. I went in around 5-6pm and didnt have to wait at all. 5 star service

The staff there seemed quite apathetic/not interested. The doctor was nice and friendly. They could not get my prescription correct after two attempts. I was able to get a full refund.

Love Sterling Optical so much that when I moved to Texas I decided to keep them as my eye doctor. By the way they are in PA!
