Staff was pretty nice in the store, but... I brought my own prescription in to get glasses only. They said it would take 2 weeks, but could be a little sooner. After 2 weeks I called and they said a few more days. After 3 1/2 weeks I called and they said glasses were in. I said, "That would have been good to know sooner" and they said someone had called and left me a message, WHICH WAS A LIE because the day they cited was the day I called THEM and glasses werent ready. So I went in to pick up the glasses, and low and behold more problems. I has ordered 2 pair--one for distance (driving) and one for reading. Both pair were made with distance prescription. And of course there is no "expedited" service. They will send back and fix it, in the meantime I have a big exam coming up and dont have reading glasses. And lastly, the pair I did take home, the nose pieces were positioned badly, so I asked if they could adjust them. After 4 tries, the one guy asked the other guy to try repositioning them. After 3 tries, the 2nd guy took them to the back and came out with them and they were the exact same way as they started. I just took them and left--so ridiculous. People there dont have a clue what they are doing. Oh, and it turns out they input my phone number wrong, so I wouldnt have gotten a call for the return either!! At the very least, I only paid $109 for 2 pair on their 2/1 deal, but the hassle has definitely not been worth the savings, will go elsewhere next time, somewhere with actual eyeglasses professionals.

Had a great experience here the Dr and all the staff were great friendly and helpful, especially Katrina she was so sweet and helpful from the moment she came into the store she was full of positive energy and was truly a delight! She was very helpful breaking down all the prices. Great service I will be back for my daughters exam and look forward to doing my yearly exams through them..

I love this store and have been going here for eight years. They are very helpful and friendly people. The optometrist is bar none! H gives the most comprehensive eye exam. I highly recommend this office. Oh! And by the way, they even beat Walmart prices!

Horrible costumer service, its like the ladies here are itching to get smart with you for no apparent reason. The doctor is okay, hes kind of bland, but professional. But because of lack of professionalism from the ladies, I do not recommend.
