First they got my name wrong in the system a whole nother persons name.They told me it was going to take 4-5 weeks to recieve my glasses no call. I waited another week to call. A man answered the phone and was so rude. I asked him can he check to see if my glasses were ready he told me to call back hes busy. I asked him can someone else check he told me they cant theyre busy helping a customer. Then why answer the phone so i refused to call back. Then i was told it wasnt 4-5 weeks it was 6-8 weeks. I cant wait that long i have to keep rescheduling my road test to get my license. Its been to months already for one pair of glasses. When i went to Americans Best i got a great deal on two pair of glasses a free eye exam and my glasses were ready within two weeks. This is poor product planning this is not how you run a business. To many complaints it would be forced to shut down. I go to school for Business Management trust me they wont last long here. My mom took me here when i was young it was never like this. Need new employees with better customer service skills and time management needs to take effect. Thumbs down for me.

This has got to be the worst vision center in the world. I took my glasses in for repair on April 1 2015, and I havent gotten them back as to date. I have called several times, I have been hung up on, left on hold I leave my number to get a call back, but that call never comes. I called today and was placed on hold so long that I decided to hang up. All I want are my glasses, and every time I call I cant seem to get any service and my patience is growing very thin. Some employees are rude they ignore customers and have you sitting and waiting for up to 30 minutes while they are talking and laughing. I would rather not do business with the office.

I have been waiting for my glasses since 1/26/17 and they are giving me the run-around about my glasses but they are still taking orders instead of making sure I received my glasses it is like they dont care no one should have to wait that long and on top of that my husband has his but not me and on Monday they had me come like they were there and nothing but its okay this is sad they dont care so what do you do in a case like this? And then when you call them they get mad hang up the phone and be nasty to theres one lady thats okay named Sandra thanks but I need my glasses

The young girl who works at the front desk, say that I was bar because the last time I was there I was involved in a dispute with the staff, and I told her she got the wrong person. So I left, I was kind of relief because this place remind me of the worst days I ever had, the business here is so bad I just dont want to come in contact with them anymore. I was call saying that my glasses was ready and when I got there they had the wrong glasses, they had to redo everything all over again. This place is worst then Yell, trust me, dont go there, I warn you, stay away.

I wish there were an option to select NO stars. The staff here is MOST unprofessional, ILL personable. The lady who waited me had LESS personality than a cardboard box. I witnessed staff leave callers on HOLD for over 10-15 minutes.. just PLAIN forgot about them or cared NOT to address their concerns. Today I called and was left on HOLD for over 7 minutes~~~ I hung up and called back, stated what happened and then and only then did I get my question answered within a reasonable time frame.

yesight is the most unprofessional place Ive every been the first time that I went there I had to wait 3 months for my glasses I call every day and each day they told me they wasnt there then one day I got Ms Jackie on the phone and she got my glasses they had been there a week after I drop them off. Something needs to be done about the staff more .

I was very Blessed to have the wonderful ladys and gentlemen help me. I love the glasses I picked and even the customers whom came in were super friendly. The customer service was right on time and they had a large variety of fashionable glasses to choose from.I give them a superb above five stars. Thanks so very much.

Poor customer service. I just called to make a appointment, the phone was picked up but nobody said anything. You can hear people talking in the background. A minute went pass and finally somebody said hello. They never introduce them self or the clinic, they just keep saying hello. I will not be returing to this place.

The doctor is good but the Team, does not communicate well theyou never call to give me updates I keep calling for 2 months just to get my glassesis and I called again and now oh they got in Thursday, but today is more day and I called, maybe if I hadnt still wouldnt know they were in...wow

DO NOT COME TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! Very unprofessional and it takes ENTIRELY to long for glasses to come back. They keep saying the end of the month. But I put them in November 13. 2015. Now all I get when I call is a busy signal. This is ridiculous!!!!
