Very bad experience, the Spanish lady who is in the front desk was very rude , she doesnt have patience? Iam Spanish spoke I dont know why she treated me like that she, told me in spanish,;did you finished !! She not supposed to talk to like that to anyone. She discrimination she is Spanish speaking like me. Para los que hablan Español , yo fui a comprar unos lentes que el Doctor me habia recetado y estube viendo cual me gustaba me prove como 4 y observe que ella ya estaba perdiendo la paciencia por fin ne gustaron unos , y le pregunte si aceptaban seguro y me dijo que no pero su cara ya tenia aspecto de enojada y de pronto me dijo Ya terminastes!! Com quien dice ya cayate , yo he trabajado donde se atiende al cliente y toda persona merece respeto. No importa si eres Blanco , Afro-Americano o hispano. Creo que ella necesita tomar clases de relaciones humanos, eso es bien comun que los hispanos traten mal a otros hispanos.

Their new location isnt ready yet so they came to my home to pick up and deliver my new lenses. I had been out of work on medical leave for awhile so they even met me after work. This was a lifesaver. I had a huge change in one lens and with Davids expert adjustments it only took about 1/2 hour and I was back in action.

I trust the eye services at Chapel Optician. They have been serving me since I was 10-years-old. Superb quality in their eye glasses. They have always adjusted or repaired my glasses, no matter how old they were. They stand beyond their products. In my opinion, they are the best in the area.
