I went to this optometrist recently. When I arrived the glasses salesman was busy but the doctor was not seeing anyone. I gave them my insurance information and waited, and waited, and waited. 45 minutes later the doctor saw me. He seemed competent though brusque and neither personable nor interested in explaining what he was doing or what he found. I figured he was having a bad day. When I asked for my pupilary distance they said they dont do that as part of their prescription (I have since learned that they must do so under federal law). Next they demanded that I sign a form (I later learned it was an authorization form). I said Id like my PD first and would then happily sign. The guy then promptly tore the form away and stormed off without explanation. The scene was bizarre. The guy was rude. I have never seen an optometrist or glasses salesperson behave that way. After trying again to be reasonable (and staying calm) he was again loud, defensive and accusatory. I asked a question about the release, and, as youd expect he refused to answer it. Eventually, I signed the paper and left wanting nothing more to do with this place. Obviously, I dont plan to return to this location. Thats no way to conduct business.

If I can leave a rating for less than one star I would. This place is the worst place ever . They take advantage of people. The front desk person ( which he is the only one working) put my information wrong and I had to pay twice for my eye exam because he could not find my prescription which I had no problem but then he turn to me saying It was my fault I was not providing my information correctly. First of all I do not work there to file my own paperwork and its not my fault they put my name wrong and address when I had shown my ID. It clearly started in their policy " in the event of patient dissatisfaction it is our policy to issue cash refund only because of their negligence" and the doctor said no. I will never go back there!!!!

Same day appointments, contacts in stock. Me and my daughters have been going to Dr. Davies for over a decade now. Although hes not the most energetic doctor, he is competent, always available, affordable and the location is convenient. You get used to his demeanor after a while and hes actually become a little more pleasant trough the years. Dr. Davies is not there to make friends with you, hes there to examine your eyes.

1 star is the least otherwise I wont even give 0 l. Worst customer service and those 2 old people cant even talk properly. Very bad quality eyeglasses. NEVER GO TO THEM!!
