Insights has some incredible styles - ranging from $200 up to thousands. Its a warm and welcoming shop where youre encouraged to visit and admire. I bought a $200 pair of Kala sunglasses that I havent seen anyone else wearing and have gotten tons of compliments on. The shop owners also wrote me a hand-written thank you for my purchase! Its certainly a reminder that a small, independent store can offer styles and customer service miles above a generic chain.

Awesome service ! Im traveling across US to find my eyewear broken that I got in South Korea. The staff was very kind and fixed it skillfully. Surprisingly he refused to charge it !!! Really happy and appreciated it. Strongly recommend this eyewear shop.
