They apparently have no policy about checking IDs when using a credit card. Someone stole my account information and was able to make a purchase for $1474.07. I know a lot of stores have a set amount where an ID is required for that substantial of a purchase. I called the store in hopes of being able to see if it was an online or in store purchase in hopes that if it was online it could be cancelled. She stated that she could not assist. Well since I live in a completely different state and do not wish to drive thousands of miles to get there I will just let my Bank dispute the charges since I obviously do not live in Connecticut I could not have been there and you will have to deal with the loss of whatever was sold fraudulently due to lack of customer service.

Worst customer service ever during late night hours. Took over an hour to buy a video game for my son Three associates walked by and the only answer I got was "im sorry, this isnt my department". Then after going up front to pay for my other items i was told "somebody would meet me back in the electronics department if I wanted to head back". 20 minutes later....nobody shows up and Im back to asking more people for help. Three more employees I ask simply look at me and say they dont know who has the keys. Then finally the person with the keys (and someone I had asked earlier) comes walking down the isle asking "are you waiting for me?". Out of every Walmart I have ever been to in any state, this is the worst one for customer service.

It is an average super store for Walmart. If you come late, more than likely there will be empty shelves, or missing what you came for. The service depends on who is working. Some are really depressed and show it heavily. The others dont really acknowledge you, and very few are smile. Store manager is about the only chipper person there. Store does maintain their sales displays very well, and the pharmacy staff is excellent. Bake shop gets a thumbs up too as they are almost homey in spirit. Prepared foods and deli are an average staff, but the meats are good, and the prepared foods is surprisingly great tasting.

As a truckers wife who often buys more groceries for the truck than I can carry at one time Im not happy that this store continually blocks the only path to the trucks unloading and now have even put a concrete barrier there to block,so we are supposed to push a cart way out of our way to get to the trucks....you should treat your truck drivers better because no trucks means no products in your stores and that means no jobs . Truckers and their families who deliver to your store should have good access to shop and bring their groceries to the loading area but you all think you can do how you please.

It was not a good experience, I shop at Walmart all the time and i spend much my money there and having to wait in line for about 1/2 hour with only 2 register open and so many employees walking around laughing and talking in groups acknowledging that we were there, one manager came out and did not even open more register it was very sad that by the time I paid they had only open to register and the lines were still long might not go back to that Walmart only if need to

The Dunkin Donuts there is horrible went there took forever to make my order and they made my coffee wrong sent it back and they made it wrong again and I got a big n toasted thats supposed to have two eggs and 4 slices of bacon one egg and two slices of bacon so disappointed as a dunkin worker myself I couldve done all of that right in about 10 minutes and I would have marks the cups. Visited Thursday night at about 6

We travel the U.S. as truck drivers and try to save money when we can. One the ways we do this is by refilling our gallon water jugs in the water refill stations for .37 versus .88 . This WM didnt seem to have a station. I use at least 2 gallons a day easy. I dont like waiting in sometimes long lines for a half cleaned shower so I wash my hair, brush my teeth etc. at least once a day on the truck.

I used to go to another wal-mart that wasnt a super center so when I came here I expected it to have the food area and maybe a bit more robust item selection elsewhere in the store. The photo area looks like a store thats going out business. No cameras on display despite a display setting. And ever since those automatic check outs, there are always huge lines. Never enough check out clerks.

No matter what time you go, it wont be in and out. Early morning they have staff meeting in the middle of the store. Out of respect, i try to stay away from that area but its an inconvenience to me. And if i go late late at night, they are stocking, boxes everywhere, and the workers wont move an inch for you to walk by. If you go normal hours, your stuck in long lines... go to target!

I went there the other day with my grandmother and my friend. So me and my friend decided to go look at the fish and we counted 32 DEAD fish with 4 fish TRYING to stay alive. So me being who I am I went around the store and told every worker about it. When I came across a group of guy workers and told them, they started laughing. I hope they get in trouble with animal health control.

Best prices around but dont expect the employees to be helpful in any way. Its never "their department" and they have no interest in trying to help you. They usually just walk away! Never expect to run in and grab something really quick. They never have enough check out lanes open and when they do, they start sending everyone on break. Frustrating!!!

Wow, this store has a lot more than other WM. at home. Found what we were looking for, and at a good price. First time in a while that the handicap scooter that I used didnt leave me stuck in some isle out of the way. Their out door shop had quite a variety of plants. Next time Im in the neighborhood I will have to stop by and shop some more.

The most horrible service Ive ever experienced. 4 lanes open with about 150 people standing there waiting to check out. And about 10 employees walking around aimlessly and being someone with a customer service/retail background they need to put a little effort into their job ..horrible, I left my items and went elsewhere

The store itself is usually clean and orderly. There are never enough cashiers and the self checkout lines are always horrible. I do a site to store pickup at least once a week and am always waiting at least 10 minutes which is super annoying. How does a company make so much money and not adequately staff their stores?!

Typically its clean and staff is nice. Staff may not know item locations accurately though, some items arent stocked well such as less common batteries, baby/toddler medicine (preferred brands always seem to be out of stock). Edible items near checkout also seem to taste stale and are near expiration.
