My husband and I walked in on a whim to see what they had. I feel in love with a fireplace entertainment center and my husband found his curved TV. Andy was amazing walking us through everything and I got approved for a pc Richards card. With both the entertainment center and TV with the warranties for both it came out more that what we could do. So Andy told us about layaway and we could the down-payment on the card. Couple weeks later we finally moved into our new house. We no longer had a washer and dryer so we went back to pc Richards. I had put my pc Richards card some where during the move but they we able to find me no problem . We ended up working with Tony who was so fun and helpful. He took the TV and entertainment center off the card and walked us through all the different washers and what we would need for our family. Ended up getting a display model that was a may tag. We walked out the door with it that day. We decided to wait on a dryer because its summer we could dry the clothes outside. Unfortunately we realized in new England you cant bank on the weather being nice always. Back we went to look for a dryer. Tony was awesome remembered which I liked from last time and walked us through the sizes again to make sure we got the best fit. Walked out again with a dryer. Unfortunately being a display model we found out that there was an issue with the computer. Called and made an appointment to have it looked at. The day of the appointment the guy showed up at 730 am but I didnt hear my phone or the knock at the door. So we missed him. Called pc Richards and Tony jumped on the phone and took card of everything for us. The guy came back out found the problem and ordered the part right away. Now we just have to wait for the part to come in then they will come fix it no problem. I have never had just wonderful service like I did at pc Richards. Not knocking other places who try hard but the last place we went to for house items and some thing happened they were so rude like we were taking money from them. The P C Richards representatives are amazing. They understand that life happens and things change. They will be our go to place from now on. Not only are the items good quality but so is the customer service

I have spent two months dealing with another "big name" online mattress retailer (Sl**pys/Mattress F*rm) and it has been an utter disaster. Three missed deliveries for a mattress exchange and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Finally, I was able to get them to come and get the mattress I wasnt happy with and get them to refund the exorbitant cost of a King mattress. I spent $2300 on a bed and was treated as if my exchange meant nothing to them. Three wasted days waiting for a delivery service that never came....what a nightmare. Then, I went to P.C. Richard. I knew what I wanted, so perhaps I made it easy, but Tony at the Enfield CT store made purchasing a mattress so darn easy that I cant believe I ever looked onilne in the first place. I found a great Sealy mattress at an amazing sale price...a mattress that I could lie on and test out before committing (big reason not to shop online for a mattress) and I wasnt rushed...no hard sell. I even got the box springs for free (sale promotion) and the best part....everything was delivered and set up the next day....the next morning, to be exact. We are thrilled with the new mattress and I couldnt be happier with the customer service. Got a verification call the night before delivery (the same night I purchased the mattress!) and in the morning we received an estimated delivery time (bed was delivered within 15 minutes of that estimate.) Pretty much perfect. I spent about half of what I did with the onilne giant....it wasnt even about price, but I got an amazing deal and customer service that was top notch. I highly recommend P.C. Richard....go in and see Tony (or your local salesperson) and take your time. You wont be rushed and the service is phenomenal. Thanks for a happy ending to this mattress-shopping saga!

This is the second time I have had an issue with P.C. Richards and their customer service. The first time I had an issue with a product I bought from them with a warranty and after about 3 weeks the product wouldnt turn on even when plugged into the wall charger. I brought it to them and they would not look at it. they told me the product had to be sent to the manufacturer to be fixed and the warranty wouldnt cover it! Seriously? Why buy the warranty if it covers nothing then!? After about an hr of arguing with the managers we got our money back(which they didnt want to give it back, they wanted us to take store credit) and we bought another product elsewhere. Last night i talked to one of the tech guys who happens to be a manger about an issue i was having with my laptop. After telling him the issue he told me that I had a virus on my hard drive and it would have to be replaced or better yet we should just buy a new laptop because ours was no good. It would cost $25 to send it out for HP to look at and then about $300 for a new hard drive.... Ok, i understand we have no warranty on the laptop but I found out through a computer guru of mine that the information this tech guy gave me was FALSE!!!! Viruses dont infect your hard drive and after about 25 minutes on the phone with my guru friend my laptop was up and running with no problems! P.C. Richards almost cost me between $325 to 700 if I had of listened to them and thrown the old laptop out. It was a simple but in depth fix in which I had to do a system recovery and wipe out all the memory on my laptop, but im writing this review with the laptop P.C. Richards said was trash!!! Its working better then before I had the problem no thanks to P.C. Richards...

About three years ago, my wife and I were in search of a new mattress. We entered the Enfield CT PC Richards and met with salesman, Tony Jarvis. We tested numerous types, styles and brands of mattresses that took us literally three hours. Once a particular mattress was FINALLY chosen, we then tested numerous types, styles and brands of pillows on our mattress of choice that took us about another hour or so. While we laid on our mattress of choice trying multiple different pillows, Tony Jarvis stood by us patiently, showed, and explained VERY thoroughly each item we were looking at and testing, answering ALL questions with an educated answer to each. He then spent another hour or so getting all our products entered into the system with the proper coverage on each item, made sure delivery and set up dates were locked, loaded and ready to go, and put together our packaged paperwork. Tony went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND his sales duties. He was VERY informative, and showed us spectacular customer service. Tony is a true gentleman, a SOLID salesman who knows his product, and we consider him family. Today, three years later I walked into PC Richards in need of a new pillow. Tony saw me from across the store, made his way directly to me, and greeted me with a hand shake, hug, and called me by name, THREE YEARS LATER! Again, Tony catered to my needy needs, and took care of his old buddy. If your looking for a knowledgeable salesman, that takes true care of his customers, look no further than TONY JARVIS! Thanks again Tony for your true professionalism and knowledge of each product within your store. The only guy for us at PC Richards in Enfield CT is TONY JARVIS!
