I had quite the experience with my last 3 visits to P.C. Richard in Manchester - which all 3 visits occurred over a 2 day period. I went there on Friday night around 8pm. Nick was most helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me while helping me pick out all new kitchen appliances. We spent the next hour going over different brands, options, etc. Just when everything was set to be ordered, the power went out. We didnt realize it was already 915-930 and the building is set on an auto shut down. Totally not anyones fault but since it was so late, I decided to come back tomorrow. After all, Nick was so patient and helpful, I wanted to go back and work with him. So the next day, I returned to place my order, but had changed my mind on brand, so we had to rebuild the whole order. Again, Nick was patient and accommodating. Low and behold, I had to leave to get to my daughters skating competition. A few hours later, I returned, Nick was still there, and smiling. I finished picking out all my kitchen appliances, then picked out a new 65" Sony TV and a Bose soundbar - at the suggestion of the incredibly knowledgeable Nick! I was able to take the dishwasher and soundbar home that same day, which was a huge help due to my dishwasher breaking on the 4th of July. If you are in the market for any appliance, large or small - RUN to P.C. Richard - you wont be disappointed.

I was in the market for a new vacuum last Saturday. I was looking for a certain hoover upright Vacuum. I first went to Best Buy and then Sears both places no one was around to help me. I then went into PC Richards I found the vacuum department but once again there was no one to help me, just when I was about to be disappointed again a nice sales person came up to me asking if I had and questions about vacuums he introduced himself as Artie. I told him I needed a new vacuum told him that I have had an upright for years and was thinking of chaining to a canister. He advised me that if I have been using an upright and liked it I may want to stay with the same type he then showed me a Canister and upright that he would suggested. I told him I only wanted a unit that comes with a bag. I decided on a Hoover upright unit. When he wrote it up he asked me how many packages of vacuum bags I needed I proceeded to tell him I get my bags from Walmart. He said we can’t have that, I’ll give you a deal on some bags, that was great and so got 2 packages of bags. At the end, he gave me my receipt he told me he was one of the managers and told me to ask for him in the future. Just ask for Arthur. This was the first time I bought something from PC Richard but I will not be the last.

GO SEE ETHAN! My wife an I had a disaster with our kitchen refrigerator. We were in the market for a new one, when we met Ethan. After looking online and checking out many models, in multiple stores, we were having trouble picking the one we wanted. Not only was it difficult to find a refrigerator we wanted, but when we did find them, they were all heavily overpriced. Ethan was knowledgeable and honest. He was able to get us a new fridge with all the bells and whistles while providing a rock bottom price. A few months later, we were in the market for a new washerdryer. We immediately thought to contact Ethan. Without having to haggle, or spend massive amounts of time researching a product we wanted, Ethan was able to get us what we needed at a fair price and in a timely fashion. Weve been so happy with our experience in working with Ethan, that we decided to go buy a new stove along with a few other kitchen peripherals. Again, Ethan did not fall short of expectations. Omg! I just bought a washer and dryer from them amazing customer service. Definitely will be buying from them again. Syed and Kevin Thank you ;) Received my washer and dryer and now its not working.. I had to wait two weeks before they could come out and fix it. I explained to them that I have a sick mom and a brand new baby. It is such a big inconvenience. Now my washer is not working I called them to let them know of my problem that the water is not running in and its making a noise. I was then advised that I have to wait again. I have to first reach out to a technician to come out and fix it and then that it is their responsibility to have the last say as to if I can get a new one. They was so happy to get my business but in order to have happy customers you really have to have good customer service skills. You cant imagine how unhappy I am of the service and the way I have been treated. I will definitely let my friends and family know not to shop here. -Unsatisfied customer-

We have been having some issues with both our refrigerator and our dishwasher that we had bought about a year ago. We also purchased an extended warranty to protect these appliances. My father had called to schedule an appointment for them to come out, and unfortunately we had to reschedule. So when we rescheduled, I had to take the day off to wait for the service man to come. When they scheduled our appointment, for the second time, they told my father that he would have to wait for a call between 8:30-9:00am, and when no one called he called them to only be told that they do not service our area...a town that is only about 25 minutes from one of their stores. We have been without our dishwasher for three weeks, and the refrigerator has been making strange sounds. How can this company say "we service all our appliances" when clearly they do not. What is a warranty good for when we cant even get our appliances fixed.

Super bad costumer service, I went to buy my husband and Christmas present, I payed cash so my husband dont know about it. When I payed they ask for phone # I gave mine, but wasnt on file, gave my husband and it was there.....but I said that wont send an email to him ? No mam i wont.... I said are you sure? Yes mam, Im sure.... I said....I dont want him to know its a Christmas present.... I said make sure to not send him an email..... ok After 10 minutes driving my husband called me to asked if I was at PC Richard he just got an email from them.... Called PC Richard to tell them how angry I was to ruin my Christmas suprise..... they put me on hold for 15 minutes to never answer my call. Wrote 2 complaints letters...... never aknowledge any of them.... Thank you PC Richard and Merry Christmas very very bad customer service

I recently had a problem with my washing machine and I decided to purchase new rather than repair. I had several stores in mind I intended on visiting to make my purchase. I chose to visit PC Richards first due to the flyer I received in the newspaper for their friends and family sale. I was greeted as I walked in the door and I was quickly approached by sales representative, Ethan, from the Manchester, CT location. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the washing machines and was concerned about my expectations and needs. I was so impressed by his courteous sales attitude, I purchased the appliance with out price shopping at additional stores. I also purchased a vacuum and was satisfied with his knowledge of its performance. I would definitely make future purchase and visits to PC Richards. Thanks again!
