Awful experience. We must have counted 20 employees on the floor after we stood in the TV section for 20+ minutes. No acknowledgement of us at all by anyone! The guy up front was more concerned about what was happening on his phone than doing any sort of work apparently. We asked this gentleman to see if anyone could help up pick out a TV, he radioed someone I guess - whom never showed up. After asking him again to have someone help us, we waited another 5-6 minutes for a sales person to come by and give us some pretty vague, uninterested advice on their products. This was the worst customer experience we may have ever had. I surely hope that they can take some more time to train and manage their staff because this is the reason that so many retailers are going under. PC Richard made a $1,300 sale right after we left - go see them for appliances!

We went in looking for a replacement laptop after my wifes broke. We purchased the replacement plan and were having awful service with Best Buy Corporate Customer Service. Annmarie and Jimmy helped us get the replacement we needed and provided excellent customer service in the process. This was by the best experience I have had at a best buy ever. I highly recommend this location.

Generally have the selection of merchandise expected but it is a struggle to find staff on the sales floor and the level of technical expertise varies widely. The staff is not cross-trained across areas of product.

Convenient that it has its own parking lot and not attached to a Mall, so you dont get mall zombies that just walk around with no purpose. Very close to the highway too. Usually not crowded.

Visited the store to find an item their site said was in Stock. Went through 3 employees before one finally found it in the back warehouse. Store is otherwise clean and laid out well.
