Terrible! I ordered business cards today online where it says SAME DAY SERVICE! purchase now and get them in 4 hours! Ok when I called the store to find out if they were ready I was told no not 4 hours 24 hours! :( What? Why say online its same day if it really means same day within 24 hours? No thank you wont be using this store again! On a lighter note I called the Vernon store to see if they could bail me out! They did. I am heading over to pick up my business cards that I ordered only 2 hours ago right now! Thank you to the Vernon crew! Not such a great presentation for the Enfield Crew!

Was greeted by Joel A. in the Enfield CT location. It was close to closing time and I felt bad for coming in so close to 9, but Joel A. immediately made me feel comfortable, told me to take my time and answered all of my questions. Im a Regional Retail Training Manager, and I couldnt have found a better associate! He was very patient and knowledgeable. Great job Joel A.!
