some (unfortunately I cant say all) of the employees here try to make up for the constant issues caused by corporate and the store at the mall.. so I cant take it out on them 100% however sprint is still the worst provider ive ever experienced as a whole and a few good (yet failed)attempts to cancel my service doesnt make up for being blatantly ripped off by the meriden branch.. I seriously hope someone reads this and thinks twice about signing up because I now have to pay installments for 12 months, something which I was never even told about. The company could give a f**k in the long run.. read the meriden reviews.

What a refreshing change from the old sprint store from years ago! The new staff at the Middletown sprint store are knowledgeable courteous .best of all, I dont have to leave town to go to a corporate store for the service I want. I will be back to the Middletown sprint store!

The store was pretty busy so there was a long wait. However once I could speak to a clerk she was knowledgeable about my questions. This shop is hard to see and the parking lot is small. Hard to make a left onto the lot. Could be better signed and more conveniently located.

Was HORRIBLE!!!! They are rude and have no clue what they are talking about. They arent a corporate store, so they cant offer the help there costumers deserve. Drive the extra 15min and go to the one on Berlin Turnpike, that one is great.

The customer service is outstanding! My phone was repaired in a timely manner and the staff took the time to show me new features on my phone and gave me a better understanding of how to use it! Ill be back for all my Sprint needs!

Horrible service. Slow and dim-witted employees failed to grasp my basic complaint with my phone, and ended up wasting 10 hours of my time over the course of 3 days of torture. They also kept trying to upsell me.

Staff is very helpful. Stock seems to be limited however. They also are not a first party Sprint store. Not a bad choice if you live close and cant make it to a first party location.
