I bought a radio shack brand microphone that shorted out for no aparent reason in under 2 weeks. I brought it back for an EXCHANGE and was denied a similar working product because i didnt have the original packaging. Ok, fine. I bought a SECOND mic. Go home and microphone #2 doesnt work. Go back the next day to return mic #2 so i can try my luck elsewhere. I was denied a REFUND because I didnt have the receipt, despite the cashier being able to locate it in the system. After detailing that this was the 2nd time with this product to the cashier I was instructed to return the next day to speak with a manager capaple of printing the receipt out of the system because the girl working behind the counter didnt know how to do so. Very unprofessional and ive had 2 bad experiences back to back. I will not be back after I receive my refund for the 2nd defective microphone. Ill purchase a better product as well.

Staff wasnt rude but was a little snippy. When checking out I was asked about batteries, drones, and what I was working on. Im sorry but nothing I bought needed batteries and the staff isnt techie enough for me to start a conversation. I asked two questions where I got "if we had it, it would be over there". Staff had no idea what a console cable was. A customer came in and asked for a modem. Staff pointer her to the routers, should of corrected her. When she asked about the expensive prices staff said you get what you pay for. They were low grade routers which are worth 20-50 online or Wal-Mart. They were 80-150.

one of the best radio shacks i have ever been to. i was greeted cheerfully, and got everything i wanted with a pretty swift service. Very friendly employees and my time there was quite the experience. I highly recommend only going to this radio shack because i left with everything i needed including a smile.

Employees there are all over there place, not helpful. And on top of it they sell used phone out of new boxes. And last, they always run out of everything and takes them months to restock

This radio shack has the most laziest employees that work there. Not the bit helpful at all. Never going back to there again.
