We love going 6 am for our. Grocery shopping. We are early birds and live it because its not crowded. Their udually stocking at that time but its not bad and the stock people are helpful. Our only concern is the front . Theres always 1 register open. Sometimes its not a problem but lately the line gets to be around 30 people waiting to check out and no orber registers open. You say something and they say no ones shows up yet. We have a full cart which tames time and they get pretty mad. Cant blame them. I am on oxygen and the tank only lasts so long . That could be a problem for me. There should be back up for registers or they need more people on for cashiering at that time of day. This has been at least a month now this had been happening. Please do something to rectify this problem. Also why are there products disappearing such as Blue Bunny ice cream boxed hostess donuts?

The store wasnt a bad experience, but I ordered a product online and drove half an hour to pick it up from the store that was listed as same day pick up. The time was list email as half an hour later so after getting there the lady at the pick up desk had no record of my purchase. After waiting another half an hour for it to process I called the number only to be told my order was cancelled and I would have to wait another hour to even place my order because they needed verification. I was on a time crunch because we had to checkout of our hotel so there was no possible way to wait the additional hour or two to reorder and process my request. There is no possible way to redeem the price in-store either. Never shopping Walmart again. Although Carrie was very nice about the whole ordeal.

Some employees are not bilingual, which Im referring to ONLY speaking Spanish. No one likes to actually be out there to work and help customers. Takes forever for someone to show up if you do need help. When items are missing, I think they dont check they probably just wait a couple seconds and say they ran out. If I know someone doesnt work in a certain department and I ask if they can find someone who does they give a grunt. Customer service needs a serious retraining. I know you dont like your job, but you wouldnt like it if this customer service was given to you. End with "have a nice day" is also appreciated.

Terrible customer service. store is a half hour away. Tried calling for some simple info so I didnt waste my time driving out to get something they didnt carry (Pool filter sand and fishing license). Not only do they not anwer their phone the 3 times i called. After about the 10th ring it goes to a really annoying, really high pitched tone blasting in your ear. Guess Ive been a drone, Ill start shopping local. the extra cost is sometimes worth it.

Ive been to larger Walmart supercenters in other cities, but I really love this one for its manageability, no Mallissee & selection. It is also situated enough outside of downtown Westfield to not be in direct competition with our local businesses. Personally, I tend to buy mass- produced brand name products from larger or wholesale stores such as Wal-Mart, and my more conscious shopping is done at the local level.

Isles so narrow that two carts cant pass, even entrance isle is jammed with stuff.. Most of the time they dont have everything I am shopping for, have to go to Chicopee store. When checking out, customers are backed up blocking isles because not enough registers open, (of course thats the same even at the Chicopee store). Wish Tarkett store was closer.

Being that the Wednesday before thanksgiving is the biggest travel day so people can be with family and friends on that day, so I think it is disgusting that stores like Walmart and others make their employees work and take people from their families and friends ,just to make a sale when Friday is more than soon enough !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I second the terrible customer service. Ive called TWICE to speak to the guy in charge of the bikes. They tell me theyre going to put me through but I was on hold for TWELVE minutes before I hung up. I called again a week later and AGAIN, on hold for 8 minutes before I gave up. How hard is it to get someone to the damn phone to answer a simple question?

The store is generally good, but the pickup area is a disaster. Its not staffed well, the people go on breaks, no one there, no supervision. This is twice now. Even worse is I complained in their survey and I missed a call from the manager who I have now tried to reach 5x to no avail. Great store, but stick to delivery if you can from there.

This Walmart lacked cashiers tonight. There were two registers open despite many customers including myself were in line. Sadly, the managers need to have more registers open and hire more cashiers, so they could be fully staffed until 11pm at least. It was a total hassle to have shopped there tonight.

Rude workers, shifty looking shoppers. I pray for forgiveness every time I go in. You got people going in the exit door, people coming out the enter door. Greeters greet when they feel like it. Low prices are the only reason I torture myself there. Sorry Wal-Mart lovers, but you know its true.

Went to buy a replacement coffeemaker carafe, I bought my last one here several years ago. No longer stocked, I decided I might buy a new coffeemaker. The selection was adequate, but all of the highest rated units werent in stock. The shelves were typical Walmart, disheveled and unkempt.

Good but never enough registers open...i almost walked out leaving my $150.00 dollar order behind..you used to open more registers when it got busy..what happend?...stop being cheap..your the largest company in the world a few extra dollars to keep a register open wont break the bank...

One stop shopping, quick and easy. There is a subway if you get hungry. There is also Self checkout registers. The atmosphere in here is great, there are free food samples from time to time. There are prize grabber machines, a redbox, and a cellphone trader box at the entrance.

Great that it is 24 hrs, your typical Wal-Mart experience. Place is well organized, better than the Chicopee one. Employees are helpful. Only issue, they need more employees at the customer service counter and more registers open. Oh, and more in electronics to help people.

Its Walmart. Busier some days than others as expected. They need to have more cashier lines open. Last time I went there were 3 lanes open. Sometimes spend more time trying to pay then actually getting what you need.

Went there yesterday. Store was empty for food. No sandwiches or cooked chicken left. Time was 5pm. Cant keep up with demand. Also looked like no one was working there. Could not find anyone to help me.

The staff is courteous and polite. I guess the easiest way to describe my rating is this: I live two minutes away from the Walmart in Springfield, MA, but I drive over twenty minutes to go to this one.
