As a new homeowner, I needed to purchase everything for my remodeled and redesigned wheelchair accessible condo. My cabinet maker recommended that I go to PC Richard. From the moment I wheeled into the Newington, CT store, I knew I was in the right place. The sales team were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go to any lengths to help me figure out what would work best in my universal design (wheelchair) kitchen. My sales counselor, Bob Lepore, even got on the floor to remove the oven drawer in several range models to see if the wheelchair could more successfully approach the cooktop! Since the condo was completely gutted and remodeled, I could not live there for 3+ months. The team was diligent in alerting me to sales, measurements, delivery dates, warranties, and any and all aspects of each and every appliance. The guidance and expertise of Bob, Amir, Tom, Asim, Matt, and the whole crew made it possible for me to fill my new home with the best choices for this new "universal design." I relied heavily on their experience as they helped me navigate through the many issues surrounding a large appliance and mattress purchase. If ever a problem arose, they dealt with it swiftly and their diligence and hard work made all the difference, especially when there was an issue with and appliance. These folks work as a united team, and that approach benefits the customers greatly. I cannot say enough about the level of commitment and service, from the sales counselors, to the office staff, management, delivery men (Jose and Thomas) , repair men (Pedro), and everyone else. This business model is highly effective in making certain that the customer is taken care of under all circumstances. I highly recommend shopping at PC Richards in Newington. And I cannot thanklthe staff enough for their extreme level of dedication and service.

Purchasing appliances can be so overwhelming. On top of that the customer experience isnt the same anymore its so impersonal. For the first time in the past two years I feel like I found a store that dismisses those thoughts. Go to PC Richards in Newington and you will not leave without a smile. I recommend asking for Charlie( he doesnt work on Mondays) and if you cant find him ask for the Manager Matt and he can inform you when Charlie will be working so that you have a great experience. Charlie is a man who never stops smiling. He takes pride in making sure his customers are comfortable and happy. I purchased a washing machine from Charlie that was discontinued before it was delivered to me and Charlie sat down with me despite it being minutes from closing time and made sure we found a better alternative. He didnt let me leave until I was comfortable and smiling because he actually cares. My delivery was smooth and I was so impressed with the follow up called I received that day from Charlie to make sure everything went okay. Since this purchase I have been back to purchase other things from Charlie and I have recieved the same superb service. If you want to purchase something hassle and drama free at a great price go to this store and find the smiling man named Charlie.

I just want to let everyone know about the excellent customer service I received today by Matt LaFrance the assistant store manager at PC Richards. Last year I purchased a Samsung 63" TV at the best price I found any where. After the sale was completed I was notified several weeks later that because I purchased a TV from PC Richard Samsung was running a promotion and I was getting a FREE 40" flat screen TV. I thought it was a joke since I already had the TV I purchased for some time. I went to the store and picked it up and it was totally free. There was no reason for them to notify me of a free TV since I already was done and gone. Well that new 40" sat in the box for over a year until my daughter found it and insisted I should set it up in the game room for her and her friends to watch. I gave in but when I opened the box I found the screen to be cracked! It was over a year old but I took a chance and brought it back to PC Richards. I told them how I had it in the box since I received it and I showed Matt the cracked screen. Without hesitation he cheerfully gave me another brand new TV!! These guys are the best company to deal with! I wouldnt bother going anywhere else and its great dealing with such nice people!!Thanks Matt, Ill be back!!!! Barry B.

I recently had a wonderful experience at PC Richard in Newington, CT. I went in to purchase a new TV and Washer/Dryer set before heading to Atlanta GA for a new job, and had the priveladge of working with Bobby Lepore. That day I was able to bring home the tv and was planning on coming back the following week with my truck to pick up the washer and dryer. A couple days later, something came up and was unable to bring them bring them with me. Bobby Lepore and management team did a phenomical job by offering a solution and worked with PilotAir to deliver the appliances in a timely matter. Bobby took care of us in regards to overall knowledge about the products, and a solution to deliver the appliances after I was uable to coordinate a pick up on my end. Next time I am in need of any electronics or appliances, I will be back to work with Bob and the PC Richard Team. On a side note, products were a 55" Samsung 8500 and Samsung Washer and Dryer front loader, very pleased with them all. Thanks again!

The PC Richards team here was amazing with my boyfriend and I. Mehdin was an amazing sales consultant and helped us find what we were looking for at an amazing price. We bought an LG TV and a TV stand and they were both perfect but after 2 days the TV just stopped working completely, so I called the store and the sales associate Bob helped me out by telling me to bring the TV in to see if they can fix for it me and if not they would exchange it for me. Unfortunately they couldnt fix it and they didnt have that LG TV in stock in their store anymore, so the manager Matt offered me a better curved Samsung TV for a small difference in price for the inconvenience. I absolutely took the offer and was as happy as can be. I will always shop at PC Richards for all my electronics because they take care of there customers the way it should be done!! Thank you Matt, Mehdin, and Bob you guys deserve a pay raise and all regonition possible for such great customer service!!!

Over the last few years my husband and I have purchased many items from PC Richards and Son in Newington. We now want to share our positive experiences with others. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Brian, the sales associate for all of our purchases. These items include coffee makers, microwaves, bedding, sound boxes, TVs, stereo systems, I Pad and printer, just to name a few. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about the products offered at PC Richards and has a keen sense of what would fit our lifestyle best. He also has a very pleasant personality and a great sense of humor. Weve gotten very friendly with Brian and now bring him his favorite beverage when we visit - medium coffee, light and sweet from Dunkin! We have also dealt with Tom and Chris S who work closely with Brian to offer us the best price on their products easily beating their competitors prices. Rest assured we will return to purchase additional electronics/appliances from Brian.
