Came across this bridal store via Google and I must admit I was glad I did. I made an appt of which I was running about 30 minutes late and Gail was more than understanding. Upon my arrival she greeted me and immediately took me to the area of wedding dresses. While there she took the time to understand the styles I was most interested in based on my price budget. Based on her assessment, she put aside a few dresses for me to try on....The first dress I tried on was gorgeous and exactly the look I wanted. The only downside was the fact that pictures of the wedding gowns were prohibited. This of course is no indication of bad customer service. The 1-1 attention was outstanding. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking that is unsure of the exact style that would be complimentary to their body type and personality and requiring 1-1 customer service. That was me before I walked in....with an August wedding planned and a body type that is hard to shop for, I walked in very unsure of what could work for me. Im happy to say, I left there with a great deal of pep in my step! Great place and very friendly staff!

Occasions Bridal is the reason I was able to find my perfect wedding dress. Upon first appointment, Gail was extremely helpful and filled with love not only for her clients but her job. There is no question she loves what she does as it shines through in every interaction we had with her. Gail took time with me and my family and made each of my trips to Occasions one I looked forward to. I found my wedding gown at Occasions and truly could not have been happier with how beautiful it was. I truly felt like a princess on our wedding day – blushing with compliments from family and guests at what a beautiful wedding gown I had. I attribute all of that to Gail and her knowledge, expertise and care. The jewelry we picked out at Occasions beautifully complimented the dress and made the “WOW” factor. Thank you Gail for helping me find a dress more amazing than I ever imagined.

Amazing experience. I came from Massachusetts and found this hidden gem! The staff is very kind, professional, and genuine. I had a great experience. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me to find the most beautiful, one of a kind, dress! I highly recommend Occasions Bridal to my friends and family. Staff goes out of their way to satisfy their costumers, and are not pushy at all. I went to 5 other places before coming here, and this was the best experience I had. They make you feel special and really know their stuff. Even found a beautiful matching veil. Keep up the good work Occasions Bridal! :)

I have shopped at Occassions for multiple events. My jr prom, my wedding, my bridesmaids and my moms outfits for my wedding. Every time I go see Gail she is always ready to help. I have always felt that she understands the style of the person she is helping. I actually found my dress at a much larger store and decided to buy the dress from Gail. When I called her she said "even if I dont have the dress here I will get it for you!" She has been amazing. I cant wait to see the final product. Side note: multiple friends have also used Gail and occassions and feel the exact same way!

I actually came here WITH an appointment and wanted to look at wedding gowns. As soon as I walked in a was greeted and then it all went downhill. I had to wait because another bride with NO appointment wanted to try her gown on, even though she was just picking it up. The owner had to leave for a personal reason and left us with a seamstress. As I was picking out for gowns she was sitting in the phone speaking in Spanish, and it was very rude and uncomfortable. I left the dresses in the room and left. It was such a bad experience I would never recommend them.

There are no words to describe how gorgeous my daughter looked in the Wedding Gown we purchased at Occasions! Prior to finding Occasions we visited another much larger store and did not receive the personal attention and warmth that we did at Occasions! I cant say enough about Gail who spent so much time with us and Martha who altered the dress to fit my daughter perfectly! We had endless compliments on her gown and without a doubt there will be future brides from this wedding that purchase their dress here! Thank you Gail and Martha!

Everyone who works there was very helpful...it is a small shop...there were 3 other brides trying on dresses and we were all kind of close. But I would rather work with people who care in a small shop. So happy with my dress!!

Small shop but with a large selection and variety. Service was excellent. Patient, helpful and friendly. Not at all pushy. The prices were great (unexpectedly so!) Definitely worth visiting.

I would not recommend buying anything from this shop. The owner is only interested in making money and not keeping her customers happy. Customer service in definitely not a priority!
