I had the most incredible experience with Blossom Brides every step of the way. They only see two brides at a time, so its an extremely personal experience that makes you feel very special. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so friendly from the moment you arrive. I worked with Janine and she made the experience such an incredible one. I came with my sister, mother, aunt and grandmother and from the beginning wanted to make sure we were all comfortable. She really listened to what I was looking for and from the beginning her picks were spot on. I loved that she really made me express what I liked and disliked about each dress I tried so she could tailor the next dresses she pulled for me. As a bride thats not a size 2, it was so comforting to me that the store carried such a large selection of dresses in sizes 16-18. I was so stressed about dress shopping because I was so afraid I wouldnt be able to try dresses I loved. I was able to fit in every single dresss I wanted to try and Janine made me feel so beautiful in each one. I also never felt rushed and couldnt believe when it was over how much time they actually spent with me! I ultimately chose a strapless Sottero & Midgley ball gown and Janine found a strap by the designer in the exact same lace to be added on and turn it into a keyhole back. She also helped me accessorize the look with a fingertip veil edged in crystals and pears like the gown and a beaded headband/headpiece that matched the intricate scrollwork on the gown. Blossom was the first and only bridal shop I went to and I said yes to the dress (and all my accessories)! After I said yes, Janine, the owner and other associate (I forgot her name but she was so sweet too!) came over and hugged me and my whole family and were genuinely so excited. They let me stay in "my dress" for a bit so my family could take pictures of the dress and all the details, which I loved. Janine went through all the details of the contract and ordering very thoroughly. Once we were done, they brought out a bottle of pink champagne and gave us each a glass to toast and welcome us into the Blossom Brides family! It was such an incredible day and everyone at Blossom truly makes you feel like family. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend coming here for your wedding dress and requesting Janine!! I cant wait until my dress comes in so I can go back!! :)

I wish I could give 0 stars. I came here with six girls to get measured for bridesmaid dresses, and the woman who did the measurements made almost everyone feel extremely uncomfortable and body-shamed. I think her name was Janine. I did not agree with the size I was recommended (size 6) so requested to order a size down (size 4). The woman said to me "I cannot make the zipper close," and then "Do you plan on losing weight?" I was horrified!!! I hope she is reading this because when the dress came in it fit PERFECTLY (I only needed to get the length cut), and if anything I probably put on about 5 pounds of holiday weight. Please DO NOT bring your bridesmaids here. I was really embarrassed to have subjected them all to that horrible woman. There are many other beautiful dress shops on Long Island with friendly staff who deserve your business.

From the very start, the team at Blossom Brides was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made the process of finding a wedding dress an absolute joy! Jeannine, Sheri, and Dalia were all so attentive and easy to work with from the very moment that I found them after searching several boutiques in the city that left me more confused than ever. They listened to my preferences and really helped me figure out what it was I wanted, and ensured the dress was PERFECT down to every last detail. With a very busy work schedule I was super grateful for their hours and flexibility to make all the fittings happen without a drop of stress. I cant say enough amazing things about them and would absolutely recommend them to any bride looking for a stress free experience!

They are awesome. I bought my wedding dress from here. Janine helped me find my gown. She listened to what I wanted and also what my mother and sisters were saying and found a happy medium that wowed me. And though my wedding was 7 months out, Janine did not pressure me into buying a dress right then and there. She didnt even try to scare me by saying that I was too close to my wedding date and that the dress wouldnt come in on time like other bridal salons did. I had the best experience at Blossom Brides.

I shopped at many bridal salons before finding my dream dress at Blossom. I had a few bad experiences at the other places but once I got to blossom I was treated so well by the staff they helped me pick exactly what I was looking for and they were straight forward and honest with me about everything. I truly felt like I was in great hands and I couldnt be happier with my wedding dress. They have a great selection of dresses, the staff and seamstress are all AMAZING. Amazing bridal salon. The experience is phenomenal. Janine & Dalia make you feel very comfortable. They were able to easily read me and what I was looking for based of pictures, and what I told them. They chose dresses for me that I loved! The selection of dresses they have is perfectly curated. They dresses they have are unique, modern, and very detailed + the price is amazing. I went to a few bridal Salons in NYC and Blossom blew them away!

I cant say enough how excited I am for my dress! Everyone at Blossom Brides has been so amazing. We ordered my dress along with my bridesmaids dresses from there and the experience has been so easy help you every step of the way. It was my first spot that i tried on my dresses at and i found THE PERFECT dress for my wedding in 2017. Janine was great she helped me feel comfortable and just made me feel beautiful ! So happy with this place. Its great and are always updating their dresses so you wont end up wearing same dresses from another bride.
