I went here when i first started my dress shopping to get a feel for what silhouette I wanted. The lady who help me with bridal gowns was very nice and went out her way to rush a dress over, that was hanging on display at venue, so i could try it on. However, the ladies in bridesmaids are rude and extremely disrespectful. While I was waiting for the dress to be brought over to the store I was told by the manager I could look at bridemaids dresses, but when i went over to the section the girl at the front desk gave me such an attitude because I technically didnt have a bridesmaid appointment. and when one of my girls asked her a simple question like do you have a garbage she rolled her eyes at her and put her hand up as if she was trying to tell her "dont you see me talking" (she was talking to her coworker about personal things, not a client and not about business!). And when I found a dress that I wanted one of my girls to try on I got even more attitude. I asked if we could use the dressing room that was CLEARLY not being used (and seeming that i didnt have an appointment, i made sure no one that did have one was waiting to be helped)It wasnt until the manager came over to check on us and inform me of the whereabouts of the dress that I got some form of respect. We ended up finding a bridesmaid dress we liked but due to the attitudes towards us, I went and found a different retailer, that carried the designer, to purchase my girls dresses from.

It was 11 months from my wedding but i started my wedding planning as soon as i had my ring on my finger. First I wanted to find my dream dress. I checked out about (Kid you not) more then 35 Bridal stores not only for My dream dress but to get an Idea for bridesmaids/maid of honor. Honestly do not think I would have found my dress if it wasnt for my consultant "Andrea" (carle place). Not only did she know my taste right off the bat and hear me out (which none of the others did) but she didnt waste time in drowning me in dresses that were deff. not my style (AND I AM PICKYY!). I was also in a budget crisis and she helped me find my dream dress with an amazing deal, along with a $70 Tierra and a $1,800 something Veil that ended up being $320. I saved more then i expected and let me tell you. They are all great in there, all price ranges for everyone. Just have to tell them off the bat your price range. Ask for Andrea!! But other wise, theyre all great. My friend Diana also had Andrea, and she was turned into the bride on top of the cake!! Honestly GREAT place. Thank you Bridal Reflections! -A Happy Bride to Be :o)

Dont believe all the reviews on this site! They were all written within 1 day of each other probably by people who work for this company. I had numerous issues with Bridal Reflections. Yes they were nice until I bought my dress. But their contract is definitely not favorable to the buyer. Make sure you read what you sign! I had some issues after my purchase and I did not appreciate the way I was treated by the managers there. They made me wait long periods of time in the waiting room and I even had the women at the front desk roll their eyes at me. They admitted to me they ordered the wrong size, but there is nothing they would do for me about it. They then told me that when the dress comes in I am going to need a ton of alterations. It seems from what I have read that they do this all the time so brides will reach the cap on their alterations. Another problem is that their dresses are priced more than other salons and they will try to give you a "discount" to entice you to buy. The tag on dress was priced $500 less at another store. Buyer beware!

DO NOT GO HERE! Ive never met more unprofessional staff in my life.....my friend used them for her bridesmaid dresses....I hated going back here everytime....the workers are so rude....I went to pick up my dress with my husband and they yelled at him to leave saying guys werent allowed....we were taking the dress home and he was helping me carry it! I also think they scam people into money...the sample dress I tried on in the store was exactly my fit....however they said I needed to add length since I was over 57...so for $20, I said fine....the dress came back huge!!! so then I had to pay $45 to get it altered....I needed to make an appointment to just go in there and pick up the dress.....I got married in April and used Davids Bridal and Kleinfelds in the city and loved both experiences....do not let this store ruin the fun you can have with planning!!! go somewhere else! plus the store is soooo tiny....if you go in the on a saturday youll get claustrophobic!!

Amazing Experience!! Jackie Salame made my dreams come true!!! My mother called in the morning of the day that we went in, we spoke to the mananger (Bobbi) and she scheduled an appointment for us on the same day. We told them the style we wanted, and it was already waiting for me in the fitting room. Jackie assisted me so much in finding the dress of my dreams!! She was so sweet and patient. This was actually the first time and only time I visited a bridal store, and with her help I was able to find my dress right away. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to any bride who is in search of finding the dress of her dreams! Not only do they sell bridal, but they also sell evening wear and accessories. I was nervous and thought I wouldnt be able to get my dress because of my wedding being 3 months away- but they helped me and made all of my stress go away!! I purchased an Eve of Milady dress and it was the best decision ever!! Thank you Jackie! :)

Okay so first they charge a ton and they are rude and you always wait more than a half hour to be attended. When the Bride is in the room they are much nicer but when shes not around they are soooooo rude to the bridal party even the mother of the bride. They had me make an appt. that took 45 minutes of holding on the phone just to pick up my dress and when I showed up on scheduele they had no record of my appointment and had lost my dress. When I tried on the dress they order me the wrong size. My measurements were correct but for some reason the girl decided to order me two sizes smaller on the chart. The dresses came late and now its too late to order another dress so im stuck figuring this out on my own. This store should be put out of business. THe people are much nicer in Massapequa. Go there. Ive been a bridesmaid 11 times and this store has managed to ruin the experience everytime a bride has used them.

The dress was beautiful and the staff was good. The only thing is every time for any little thing you needed to make a damn appointment. They also do not contact you for the fitting of your dress. You need to contact them. I was waiting to here from them about when the dress would be available once it was out of the warehouse and they did not call me at all. I had to call them in July for my wedding in August for my first fitting! Also, the alteration prices are ridiculous! For my bridesmaids it was $150 for alterations. Some of my girls just went to regular tailors and were charged around $30-50 and the dresses came out great. Also, beware that they will try and give you huge sizes for the bridesmaids dresses so that they will need to be altered!
