Save your time and money with going to Exclusive Bridal. I had the worst experience. First of all the owner was very nasty which I cant understand because I was there to purchase a dress. Also be very carful if they say a dress in being discontinued. This is what I was told and later found out they were lying. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be a fun experience this store really really gave me a horrible experience. There are so many better stores with great people that really want to make your wedding a special time. I am getting the dress I went there for but I will not be getting it at Exclusive Bridal. I will not be told that teying a wedding dress on two times is to many and if I want to try it on again i will have to buy it. EXCLUSIVE BRIDAL GETS A "0" STAR FOR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVEN EXPERIENCED.

Do not get your dress at this shop! This was practically a nightmare of an experience. It all started on day 1 when we arrived for our appointment and were told we did not have one. We decided to look around anyways and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We then purchased bridesmaid dresses. The color we received was NOT the one we ordered but completely different. They did nothing to help and only made excuses. All dresses were fitted wrong which is probably why the size tags were ripped off each dress when we picked them up. Again, the shop did nothing to help and I had to get my dressed altered FOUR TIMES because the shop ordered the wrong size. Not to mention that we requested straps to be attached on and NONE were. This shop made this experience so stressful and I would not recommend this place to anyone .

I just came back from my first fitting and am joyously amazed at how beautiful the dress was and how well it fit. I found this shop by coincidence a few months ago. I was interested in Mon Cherie but opted instead for a dress designed by one of the owners once I got there. Today was my first time back since I purchased the dress and Wow. It was made perfectly, fit perfectly, and was over the top beautiful. The Swarovski crystals were even hand sewn on. I love, love, love it. ...I am still stunned by how smooth and easy this process was.

After going to three other stores, I came to EBS via a friends recommendation for m Mother of the Bride dress. I walked in without an appointment - and ended up meeting and working with Margaret. I was looking for something that was simple and sophisticated. She was great - found 5 dresses right away after really listening my thoughts. I tried on two perfect dresses and selected one. Its now ordered and Im looking forward to going back for the fitting when it comes in. Ill write another review after that!

My experience with Etalo and Jack Ceci was nothing but amazing. They were attentive, flexible, showed up on days they were closed, altered and fixed my dress to a T. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and bent over backwards for me and my bridesmaids. This is a place where mothers have bought their dresses and brought their daughters for their wedding dresses. cannot say one bad thing about Exclusive Bridal Shoppe. My wedding day was the best day of my life all because of them!!

Brides-to-be...DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! I wanted a simple yet elegant wedding dress. They promised me the world and delivered a very poorly made, very cheap wedding gown. They knew how upset I was with the final dress yet they did NOTHING to calm my stress other than the audacity to charge me $1800. With my wedding a week away, I had to quickly find another seamstress to fix (as best she could under the tight time frame) my entire dress.

Dont let the outside look of the store deceive you. The gentleman that owns the shop is the best; some of his designs have appeared in Vogue. He has been in the business for a long time and will fit you with the dress of your dreams. I went with a my friend to get her dress here and it was gorgeous I am getting married in the fall and will go to him as well. I think this is one of the best shops in the new york ct area..
