Just a little disappointed to have this as my local bicycle shop. As far as customer service to someone with a larger wallet or higher end clothing they do great but being a local guy they wouldnt even let me borrow a tool to put some new cranks on. I wont be back I wanted to support a local shop buy a chain, bar ends, and pedals but wasnt pleased when they wouldnt loan me a tool but rather sell me one or offer to put the cranks on for me days later at a price I wasnt willing to pay for a job I can do myself. Ill take my bike to rebel sports in Frisco where Ive fixed and replaced other parts on my bike using their tools with some help from their mechanics for free. Spread the love not the wealth you guys missed out on a sale today and a potential loyal customer.

Theyve done a great job with all my gear for the past three Leadville 100 MTB races (including receiving/building/shipping my bike). Best bike crew around and Ive been to many a bike store all over the country. So good in fact I actually went out of my way to get their opinion on my latest bike (gravel bike) and they ended up ordering it and shipping it to me back in NYC. Friendly, laid back and knowledgeable about everything from latest bikes/equipment to nutrition to local rides/races (including of course the big daddy the LT100) and a great vibe in the store as well. Cant say enough good things about them-- be sure to tip them (cash always good but beers/bud works too!).

Brian was awesome. Shop was closed the day we wanted to take our 1st winter mountain bike ride and he opened up for us and gave us some tips on existing & newer undocumented trails. Maybe we got lucky because he was in the shop building a bike.
