The Trek Store in Arnold is consistently the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly of any bike ship I have been to. This store is my go-to bike store whenever I have questions or need something worked on. Everyone on the staff that I have talked to knows what theyre talking about and talk to you like a friend. I have bought several bike accessories from them, had my bike worked on several times, and recently had a full bike fit done and I have been pleasantly surprised each time with the level of professionalism and friendliness. You can tell that the people there enjoy what they do and want to share their passion with others. I highly recommend going to this shop because you will not be disappointed as the staff and service make it stand out.

Kevin, Colton, and Eric were extremely helpful with helping me to find the correct bike or bikes. (I tried several). Kevin was very patient with me considering I was a novice and undecided. I finally purchased a bike that was just right for me. The many suggestions and information by the staff makes it easy and much less intimidating, if you are looking for that great bike. I recommend anyone to try this store and get the bike that for the money is the best in the World , Trek. . I was looking for a mountain bike last fall and shopped several bike stores in St. Louis, after working with the helpful, friendly and knowledgeable folks at the Trek Arnold store I decided to purchase there. I have had the bike over 6 months now and not only did they help me pick the right bike but they have gone above and beyond with service after my purchase! I cannot stress how nice it is to go to a place where everyone treats you with patience and zero pressure.

12/31/2011 First to Review Very suprised! Finally a bike shop in Arnold, and one of the most friendly atmospheres Ive been in! The store was clean and easy to find everything I needed. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. They even repaired my bike on the spot while I shopped around. Everyone I spoke with treated me like a good friend. I found my lifetime bike shop that I know I can trust.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Arnold store. They always have time to answer all your questions and share their knowledge with you. I like the fact that the staff are not pushing you to purchase something. If you are looking for a bike or equipment this is the store I recommend. They will make sure you purchase the bike that will best fit you and your needs.

Kevin Brady provided excellent customer service. He helped me put my bike rack on properly, tuned up my Trek bike and installed a new gear shifter on my bike. Colton Dinga assisted in the tune up and then went bike riding with me and explained how all the gear shifts worked. They both provided great customer service and I recommend going to their shop.
