RC Bicycles are the best bike shop in Tucson, AZ! I say this because ever since my 1st interaction with this shop, I have been treated with excellent customer care and you can really tell that not only does RC Bicycles care about and appreciate all customers, but they go out of their way to give a great experience and service. I was completely impressed with this Bike Shop. They have all kinds of services, I had some repairs done with a tune-up and they fixed up my bike the same day, it was great! This is a family business that has been there for over 30 years so they are really invested in the community. They sell bikes, repair them, and you can store your bike at their shop when you leave town and you do not want to risk it being stolen. This is especially good for college students during summer or holiday breaks. All in all I would recommend going to RC Bicycles for any and all bike needs.

I have had a very positive experience at RC Bicycles. After looking around town some for a bike, I visited RC Bicycles. The salesman Rocky was very friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. I bought a hybrid bike that was the right size for me at a fair price. Rocky also sold me some locks and lights when I bought my bike that have worked really well. I have taken my bike back to the store a couple of times when I needed repairs, and the mechanics have been honest and not overcharged me. Rocky has also greeted me and been conscientious when I have visited the store. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping at RC Bicycles. Im glad to support a locally owned business as well.

I rented a new road bike from them for a ride i had planned the next morning. It was a new bicycle but the pedal broke off only ten minutes into the ride. I know that is not the shops fault and i wasnt upset with them until i went in to return it. I told them i wasnt able to even ride it bc of the malfunction. All i wanted was my rental fees back or at least a free rental next time i was in town. They told me they would not refund me and it didnt matter that i wasnt able to ride it. I spoke with who i think was the manager (the fat guy), and he told me i was lucky i didnt have to pay for the pedal. I literally have never had a worse experience in a bike shop in my life.

RC Bikes is my personal favorite! Been going to the shop for about a year now and have had nothing but the best service! Staff is extremely knowledgable. My main man Aaron Fox is my personal favorite mechanic, always listens to what you need/want, also adding in his two sense of what might be the better option. Mario knows his parts like a mf and hooked my new Fuji up with a sweet Halo Clickster after getting terrible terrible service at Performance Bikes. Great shop, good prices and fun staff!

It is a small bike shop. The service was a little under bearing until I showed interest in actually buying a bike from them. From that moment forward I was treated very well and got a great discount on a bike I was looking for. The owner made sure to shake my hand and thank me for the purchase. I would suggest this place for anyone who is looking to get a new bike or accessory, but not to browse.

I brought my mountain bike in because it needed some serious help. I haven’t road it in years and the chain was skipping around and wouldn’t shift right. I also needed some new tires, tubes and grips. The guys at this shop where very helpful and they fixed the chain problem. They also had what I needed to get back on the road again. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Since the store came under new management, Ive had nothing but rock-solid and affordable service, completed in a timely fashion. The attitude of the staff is friendly and down-to-earth. No pretension and no song-and-dance. RC Bikes is a welcome change from over-charging, under-performing 4th Avenue rockstars and the sheer, insufferable snobbery of their next-door competition.

I have bought a used bike, gotten repairs, and shopped for a new bike at RC bicycles. Every time I receive respect, patience, and go od old fashioned customer service. They never try to upsell me, and they dont look down on me for my lack of bike knowledge. They seem to care about bicycles and bicycle customers. I love them.

Great, down to earth employees. Ive had work done here at least ten times and recommend them over any other shop in Tucson. Several times Ive had a service done and they have waived the fee and said "just come back next time". These guys are excellent, highly recommend by an avid cyclist.

It is often considered the discount bike shop hidden behind Fairwheels. However, it is actually overpriced with a poor selection. The staff can be somewhat annoying, yet are knowledgeable. For a bike around campus, its fine. For anything more serious, take your business elsewhere.

Just bought my first back from here and customer service was great. Very helpful and answered all questions no problem. I was helped by Mario and this guy is awesome and hooked me up with a discount also. Check them out for used, new, or repair. They are great!

I cant say enough good about RC Bikes. They worked on my 12-year-old sons recently inherited 40 year old bike and did a GREAT job tuning it up, plus they did only the service that was really needed. Its good to find a bike shop you can really trust.

The customer service is horrible. Staff are very disconnected and unwilling to take the time to understand what you need. It is a risk to purchase through this store because they are not honest about the condition of their bikes.

The Boys at RC Bikes are fantastic!! I am always treated with respect and concern for my cycling needs, they are first to offer when a repair or upgrade is not needed. I am glad there is a shop that wants long term customers.
