I know some people hold this place in high regard but Ive been nothing but burned. I bought a bike pump from here and it blew a seal on second bike tire inflation. Shop wouldnt return or exchange the pump and referred me to the manufacturers website. Then I needed some parts installed on my bike and was quoted $150 for the swap but was then charged well over $300 at the time of checkout. That same "service" subsequently lead to a crash as the bars werent tightened and sent me over the front when I hit the brakes and the bars fell forward. I havent gone back since and do ALL of my bike servicing through Venture Sports in Avon.
