Honestly, I am not sure how to provide any positive feedback to your organization. I conduct a large majority of my shopping online, so I have experience dealing with multiple online companies. Bike Shop Hub was the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. It it mind blowing to think how much money Bike Shop Hub must have lost on me. I was sent the wrong product twice (bike trailer), waited over a month to allow for Bike Shop Hub to order more from the manufacture and ultimately just requested a refund. Granted, I was allowed to use the product while I waited, but still, that should be a given with customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but I just hope for the sake of your business, my experience is atypical. As I said, I really wish I could provide some positive feedback, but my experience was so terrible, I just want to forget that I even found your website online.

I ordered a Carradice saddle bag and a QR support. Website says they ship Fedex or USPS, I put a note requesting USPS with my order. They disregarded my note and ship via a hybrid FedEx/USPS service. IT IS VERY SLOW - taking a full week to travel from Tucson, AZ to Austin, TX. I emailed about it and got terse one sentence replies with no apology or offer/attempt to improve the situation. I think the website is misleading - when people read FedEx and USPS they are thinking fast service or priority mail, not snails pace. I wont order here again.

I ordered an Ortlieb Office Bag pannier for commuting to law school. It securely transports two case books, a laptop and a small lunch without looking overly "bikey." Off the bike, the black Ortlieb Plus fabric passes for a traditional briefcase, and is acceptable for walking into any meeting I would need to attend. The price was competitive, service was excellent, and I would not hesitate to order from Bike Shop Hub again

A difficult seller to work with. Before ordering product, emailed seller to verify what I was purchasing. Then to my disappointment, the incorrect model year was shipped with missing items. I JUST emailed to verify this wouldnt happen! Now seller wont follow-up with the correct item I ordered, and want me to pay Return Shipping if I return. How disappointing for a veteran buyer. Beware
