I dont normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience here, I thought Id share it. We recently purchased two Specialized bikes at the Ina location, one for myself and one for my wife. We had a great experience. We just started riding and needed help with picking out the right bikes for us. The mechanic, Drew was very helpful. We werent able to decide which bikes we wanted the first time we were in the store. I told Drew I wanted to check out another store before deciding. He was very cool about it, and actually suggested to do exactly that before making a decision. My wife and I went to the Trek store in Oro Valley, I was in the store for 10 minutes and walked right out the door. Thats all the time I needed to know that they didnt want my business. There were about 3 to 4 Trek store associates there, and it was just me and my wife and another customer. They had us wait more than 5 minutes as I was trying to get their attention. Apparently, they had better things to do. F#%k that place! I went back to Oro Valley Bicycle the next day and purchased two bikes, and Drew was the one that greeted us, and helped us out throughout the whole process. I also met Woody the owner, he was very cool as well. I highly recommend going to this place. Ill definitely be coming back for the great service. -Earl and Megan

Losers! I broke a spoke on an evening ride and needed to repair and true the wheel for a group ride the following morning. I raced to get to the store , arriving 20 minutes before closing time. The young lady quoted $2 for a replacement spoke of undetermined quality. I decided to bite the bullet and discovered I didnt have my wallet. I explained I needed the wheel for an early morning ride, and asked if I could give her my credit card , which I have memorized and use my registration for an ID. She refused stating she needed a picture ID for a $2 charge. I asked her if I had any options , and she replied I could drive home and return with my money but Id have to be back in 18 minutes. I then asked if they could wait a few minutes if I didnt make it back in time. They said "No we close at six" I have lived near this bike store for years and probably would have spent hundreds, if not thousands with them but I always get the creeps when I walk in and spend my money in friendlier bike shops around town that actually care about their customers. Ride on! Nothing to see here! Ride on...

I took my Bike to this shop because the seal on my Fox fork was leaking. The mechanic asked me if I hung my bike upside down. I said the seal needs to be replaced. He asked the same question in a very condencending tone. I said no, I didnt hang my bike upside down. Fox actually recommends storing the bike upside down. After 2 weeks,and not hearing anything from the shop, I dropped in to talk to the mechanic. He said he keeps recieving the wrong seal, and hell have to go through Fox direct. 3 Weeks later I finally get a call. They ended up rebuilding the fork and replacing the dust seals and everything. The mechanic looks like hes never ridden a MTB or road bike in his life. The manager is even more clueless. If you want a good shop that is actually staffed with cyclists, go to AZ cyclist.

Ive been visiting this shop, specifically the Ina and Shannon location for the past 4 years and have had a decent experiences. However, my recent experience with the shop, specifically the mechanic(s) has made me regret giving this bike shop business. The head mechanic looks miserable, unwillingly answers your questions and is generally unfriendly.Amazingly the mechanic even lied to me about being able to put sealant in a tube that does not have any sealant. After paying OVB I left to go to another shop which answered my questions happily and helped me dial in my new bike. Ive had favorable experiences at their Rancho Vistoso location but it would be hard to recommend that shop over others such as ABE and JJs.

Very Ugly, nasty, poor poor service. Jinelle ....the Manager is insane and should not be allowed to speak to customers. I spent in the neighborhood of 550.00 dollars at this shop. Went back to check out a tune up as I was speaking to Mike the bike mechanic Jinell entered our conversation and screamed at me that that I had to leave. I went to the loop shop what ORO wanted 50 dollars for the loop shop charged 10....

I came in to have my flat tire fixed. The associate helping me, Jinella, was very informative and friendly. The pricing on the repair plus an extra tube and tire levers was very affordable. I will definitely be going back!

They never have the parts I want or need in stock, the only upside is my 15% discount because I bought my bike there. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the parts situation really bothers me a lot.

I called trying to find info on a part for my wifes Norco being that they are a dealer. They took my information and never called me back with an answer, even when I called a second time. Thanks guys

The mechanic named jim has the worse attitude! if you ever run into this guy dont bother asking him anything because he looks at you like your wasting his time.

My bike had some lose parts and when the guy did it he your good to go and when I got to ride it it sounded like a new bike and the parts werent lose!!!....
