Kudos to the new ownership for taking this shop to the next level. When it was under the previous ownership it wasnt nearly as equipped as it is now. I look forward to working with them for years to come. Hopefully theyll become so successful theyll open up a much larger shop. Follow up review. I took my MTB in for a annual service in May. They did a great job. However, after a couple of weeks I was getting slippage between 1st and 2nd gear when I would up shift under pressure. I just figured it was something I had done like hitting the derailleur. Took it back into EBS and talked to the owner about it. He immediately fixed the problem. But heres the kicker. When I went to pay he said "No charge. You had your bike serviced here so we should have resolved that for you the first time." I insisted on paying but he would have none of it. EBS is awesome and is my go to bike shop now. I love that it is a family operation and that his kids help him run the place. Just a great shop. Highly recommend.

I just bought my first bike from Evergreen Bike Shop the other day, it was a Scott Spark 27.5. They also carry Specialized, BMC, and Fat Bikes from Scott and Surley. Their Sales staff found me exactly what I was looking for which is not as easy of a task as you might think because Im pretty picky, and their service department got my bike ready for me in time for me to race on it and get in a good test ride. They will be seeing more of me!!!

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to see if my wheel could be trued after hitting a rock. Unfortunately, the rim was damaged and had to be replaced. The owner offered to loan me a wheel at no charge and was able to find me a matching replacement at below eBay price within a day! Theyve definitely won me over as customer. Will come back here from now on for bikes or bike service.

Marty was very welcoming on a cold December night right before xmas, 2016. My seat dropper dropped and wouldnt stay locked in the up position. Marty was able to coax it back to a working position. This was about as good as finding some nice Shimano replacement pedals and, finding out that they do rides from the shop every Sunday at 12:30, starting January 1st, 2017. Cant wait! See you then...
