Initial experience wonderful as with all salespersons. Paid 5000.00 for a Ford 500, Two months later power steering pump went out $250.00, mechanic said it had probably been sold needing repair and finally gave out. Two weeks later, the alternator has gone out, another $300.00-$500.00. I would not recommend buying a car here, unless you have have money in the bank for all of the repairs a couple of months down the road. John basically said that replacing things is part of car ownership. Understood, however when you buy a car you would think that large repairs would not come two months later and in multiples. You will have just as much luck buying a car on Colfax. Public Service Credit Union offers good prices for good cars, go to a realible source who is not in it just to make money. We relocated from Australia to Colorado. John took my call from Australia, listened to my requirements, patiently followed up on all my questions and went the extra thousand miles for me. He organised us car seats for the children to be fitted before we picked up the car. He then also organised us a bike rack. He also met us at Denver airport to meet up with the car, ready to go, on arrival. What a complete legend. Nice guy, easy to deal with and i trust him 100%. He was friendly and helpful and if i need a car again whilst im in Colorado i wont even search on Google, ill just give him a call and ask him what he could do for me.

One of the best and easiest buying experiences Ive had. Im about 90 miles away from his shop but communication was easy and John was very responsive. Made one trip while I was in his area, we specd out the trailer and the next time I was in the area, I picked it up. Trailer was put together as expected, great quality for the price and if you need a trailer, this is the place. You wont find a better trailer for the price. Give him a call.
